They never open on time. Is it that hard to adhere to the hours posted? Its not like they open early, 12:30 for crying out loud and they never open on time. Food is bland and establishment is dirty.

Very disappointed. I ordered the Mongolian beef and didn’t test as good as I remember it used to be, The chicken for the sesame chicken tasted old (just hope it’s not spoiled) and also the fried rice tasted old with some burned parts . Chine Chef used to be one of the best in Snellville, they’ve been there for soo long . what happened ???

First time here. So happy I decided to try it. Food was fresh and very good. I ordered the orange chicken and was very surprised to see brown rice. This rice was EXCELLENT! I don't how they cooked it but it was very flavorful. The pictures are of the food 1/2 already plated and that's when I remembered to take a picture. I will definitely be back. Customer service was great and the turn around time for my food was about 15 minutes.

Today I purchased 3 Sesame Seed combos with two with fried rice and the other with lo mein. Upon arriving at home and opening the food. I was displeased. At every Chinese place I’ve eaten at, I’ve always seen vegetables in the rice and lo mein. Both were very dry. The chicken tasted very old. The noodles were very thick and tasted old. The rice tasted very old. I’ve never written a review before and always attempted a place a second time after a bad time but I can’t give this place another chance!

Food is not good. I’m sorry to say the owners do not care for their establishment. When coming in the restaurant has a particular old smell to it. Dark and dirty and food was not good at all. Fried rice was plain. I mean soy sauce and 1 egg if that.

One hour and fifteen minutes for delivery. Food was cold when it finally arrived. I called the restaurant and they were no help. Young woman just made up some excuse about finding my address. I ordered online. They had my address before they even confirmed the order. I will never order from China Chef again!

I don't care how many years this restaurant has been in business,once you have had a bad experience, you have a hard time returning.On a takeout order, my broccoli tasted like it had dirt in it. Did theyknow I probably wouldn't drive the distance to bring it back? For me,there are other places to visit. You lost a customer that eats Asian foodalmost every week. Shame on you!!!

We placed the order 30 minutes before we went to pick it up and it wasn’t even started on. Then when we got home to eat, the chicken was over done in the general tso chicken, the hot and sour soup had two giant gelatinous globs in it, the beef lo mein had chicken and beef in it and smelled like shrimp. The egg rolls were gross. The prices on the website didn’t even match the actual prices. By far this was the worst food experience I’ve ever had.

I just got this food and is horrible the chicken wing is súper small and is old . Disgusting also the fried rice was also old and overcook. I am so disappointed I dont recomend this place . Will not be ordering food from here anymore . Very bad food

Note to self, there is a DIFFERENCE between take out Chinese and sit down Chinese. Got it. That said, called in an order (wings and fried rice)picked up my order, ok. Got home to eat, rice was pretty good.........but people..... please do not ever ask China Chef for ANY version of hot wings. I'm talking the chicken isn't even a wing AT ALL! Smh......

What an awesome experience. The food was outstanding, fresh, high quality and made with experience. The chef told us stories of his experience which made the dining experience refreshing and joyful especially with all that is going on in the world. We will be back to try more dishes.
