On Google Maps, this place looks like just a smoothie place. But as I found out, it's actually just the nutrition club part of a gym. It seems like a good one, too. Not to mention that the drinks are fantastic and Denise, the staff member who was there at the time I went there, was really nice. I highly recommend Phoenix Lockerroom, but you must know that this is a gym with a nutrition club rather than just a smoothie shop. Embrace is The most relaxing most nutritious place you can ever visit. The space is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. Please try the shake and tea combo, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love their shakes and teas! White Snickers is my favorite of all time w. a shot of probiotic. Also their magic city tea is a MUST HAVE, & can’t forget my fat burner shot to keep my waist right and tight!!!!
