Was confused when we drove up. Google calls it Cloud 9 but the signage out and inside all say Five Spot. But sure ok, maybe they recently changed management. We got thai tea, coffee milk tea, and jasmine milk tea. All of which I would rate well below average. Thai tea tastes nothing like Thai tea. I would say it's more like maple syrup with water.. I love bubble tea, is the ONLY reason I frequent this location.But, I believe the owner is overcharging customers randomly. I ordered the same teas but when she's there the cost is seems higher oppose to when she's not there. She always has a reason but I stop wasting my time questioning her.And, the majority of the time the bubbles are not properly cooked and they run out of the tapioca balls.

The service wasn’t the worst but also not the best. i got thai milk tea with tapioca pearls but the tapioca has no flavor whatsoever. the tea itself has ok flavor but as a person who has a family managing fast food, the service could be better. Simple things like greeting when someone comes in, look like u wanna work there, etc.
