I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered the s’mores cookie, and while the cookies in general tasted weird and were not very enjoyable, the s’mores cookie was especially disappointing. The flavors seemed off, and the texture was not what I expected. The s’mores cookie was also shaped oddly and looked uneven, which made it seem poorly prepared and rushed.
The customer service could also be improved. The cashier did not greet me when I came in, and when I said “thank you” after my purchase, there was no response, “you’re welcome,” or even a simple smile. Small gestures like greeting customers, acknowledging them, and showing basic friendliness can make a big difference in the overall experience. Unfortunately, both the cookies and the service fell short of my expectations.
