The store was busy. There is a long line and the employees seem to not be in a rush to service the customers or maybe handle the workload.

It was my first time having a cookie from Crumble. The cookie was huge, warm, and really yummy. The staff was cheerful and pleasant. The young lady was smiling and welcoming. It was definitely a treat.
