I drive all the way from Loganville to pick up from this location because it’s usually delicious. Well tonight my “hand tossed”crusts are beyond THIN AND CLEARY THEY THOUGHT I SAID LIGHT SAUCE, because there’s barely any on BOTH PIZZAS. Barely any garlic seasoning on the crust. I called back and the Manager sounded like he could not care any LESS, “all I can do is put a free remake under your phone number.” He went on to add that “They didn’t come out of the oven like that so I don’t know what to tell you.” No apology. No offer to remake BOTH pizzas tonight although I wouldn’t drive all the back again tonight. Very disappointed. I will be calling corporate tomorrow, this is beyond ridiculous !!

They've gone down in quality these last few visits. I Had to delete my good review. I order hand tossed and get thinner than cheese and no sause. My teeth hurt biting this. I'd rather the crust be spread out and have no end if i gotta taste this.

Order food Friday night. Noticed hair while eating. Dismissed it initially assuming it belong my daughter or me however my hair is braided. Had a busy weekend didn't eat anymore until today for breakfast. Upon warming up and breaking in half to eat. Noticed hair again and knew it wasn't mine because my hair was covered up. Called first time. Lady was rude and didn't even let me speak. Called back to speak to manager wanted to offer food instead of refund. I'm disgusted and will never eat there again when I had that much hair in my food. Had a lot left over and threw it all out. Makes me fell it was intentionally done and I don't even know why. Just mean and rude for no reason. Not to mention my last order was pickup and the girl in the back was yelling, arguing and using profanity to another customer. Will never order here again.

tried to get a two pizza 3 topping deal. well let me tell ya. there were 3 topping but the equal to the same amount a a one topping pizza. so each topping is a third of what it should be. very disappointing

I called Mr. leornardo and told him that my order was never delivered by ben and that the driver drove passed me even tho i left extra delivery instructions on how to get here, I informed him that it said delivered and he continued to tell me that gps does that sometimes and told me to wait he lied and said he was doing another delivery in the neighborhood. I call back and he says he gave me a refund, thats not manager behavior. Ill just contact corporate.

Guess I should have checked the reviews and called to see how many drivers there were before ordering...1hr 4 min later soggy Philly sub and a cold pizza...as an old food manager do yourself the favor of going pickup only if u only have 2 drivers on a damn Thursday night. Not to mention pretty sure he hit my neighbors mailbox lol had to flg down driver I told him not even to get out of his car to roll down the window and give me my food. This play sucks don't order here
