Best start of my morning! Greeted with warm welcoming smiles and a hot cup of coffee!
Went to The store on US 78 in Snellville GA & there are only 2 workers behind the counter. Both seem to be handling the the drive-thru. 2 were sitting in the dining area chatting & laughing & third on his cell phone. There was no acknowledgment of us waiting in line to be served. Needless to say, we ended up leaving & will never return.
Very disappointed with this mornings service.
Cashier had no clue how to scan my app for points. I ordered a large coffee and 2 wake up wraps, as another lady handed me the box of wraps she said "no cheese" I didnt understand what she meant. She was saying they were out of cheese so none was on my sandwich. Wouldn't that be something you tell the customer BEFORE they pay??
