Italian pie (Centerville Hwy , by the publix grocery)

This is my second time going there and they are closed despite Google saying they are open. Make sure before you place an online order that they are open and ready for orders. I heard someone saying the lady will not open the doors if her son is not there for safety reasons. That no problem but update Google to say possible open OR don’t accept online orders if your children are not there!

The pizza was top tier, it was made fresh to order and tasted very authentic.

Pretty good pizza place. Just be sure to give at least 25 minutes to pick up your pie as the cheese runs off if you get it right out the oven.

I ordered tonight and there was a minor hiccup in the order but it was handled worh great customer service. The lady at the counter was very pleasant. The pizza was delicious and the wings were fire. I think people need to look past the pld bad reviews.

Italian Pie in Snellville is hands down one of the best spots around. The service is always top-tier—friendly, fast, and they genuinely make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in.

The garlic knots are unreal—fresh, soft, and loaded with flavor. You can tell they’re made right there, not just reheated. And the pizza? Consistently amazing. Perfect crust, great sauce, and high-quality toppings every time.

Italian Pie is excellent consistent great tasting freshly made quality food, been eating with them since their 1st location on Hwy 29 I found them in 2011 and they were great then and I have ate at 3 different locations and Yes the food was consistently great tasting freshly made quality.

I've ordered from Italian Pie @ the Centerville Hwy location via Doordash delivery and had an awesome experience. So I decided to go in person to check out the local atmosphere and service, and more so to get more bang for my buck. The staff was friendly, fast service, and no one was waiting long for their pickup order. The prices when ordering online were cheaper with better deals versus ordering through Uber Eats or Doordash from personal experience. Besides it was my daughter's b'day and she wanted the best pizza in town for her birthday party. Italian Pie makes the best NY style pizza I've tried so far, and they didn't disappoint me when I came to their local restaurant off of Centerville Hwy. All in all, I was able to take advantage of limited special savings when you order online for pickup. I ended up spending under $70 for the equivalent of 1 XL two toppings pizza, 1 L two toppings pizza, and a total of 25 wings flavored in barbecue and honey mustard for my daughter's b'day. When I'm in the mood again for pizza pie, Italian Pie will continue to be the apple of my eye!

I hate to admit that I never came here because of the horrible reviews but today I decided to take a risk as I was really craving some New York style pizza without traveling downtown. Turned out to I’m so happy that I did because this pizza was good! I did a deep dive into the reviews and realized that people just freely give away unjust 1 star reviews. As someone who lived in New York for 5 years, this is the closest it’s gonna get, especially in the area. 10x times better than Pizza Hut, Dominos , Jonny’s and papa John’s. This is a lesson for me, the review system is jacked.

I hate that they have a low rating on here. I’ve always had great service and the pizza is delicious! We live a far, so we only eat here 2-3 times a year, but it’s always good! And great customer service!

Ordered through the website for delivery today. Received confirmation emails and texts confirming the order with an estimated delivery time and tracking info. Called after an hour for the status and was told the order was never picked up. When I told them the order was to be delivered I was told that online orders are for pickup and was not given any resolution.
UPDATE: Resolved. Thank you Juan for your prompt attention to this unfortunate problem.
