The best KFC, the food is 10/10. The manger is great she always working when i come in and Malichi. They both give great service each and every time i visit . I would just recommend training new employees. They seem’d confused and every where. Couldn’t identify white vs dark meat. Overall this location has the best food ive eaten at a KFC.

I visited KFC around 8:30 pm, and the place was quite busy, which I totally understand. However, I had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my order, which made the overall experience a bit disappointing — especially since other customers also seemed frustrated by the delay.

I understand that peak hours can be overwhelming, but it would really help if KFC could improve the order processing time or at least provide more accurate wait-time estimates. On the bright...

Opportunity for improvement: Thanks to the pre-made season blend, I love the fried chicken. The fries are never crispy. Who prefers soggy fries?? And when i ask, I'm always told they are fresh which I later learn otherwise. Arguing isn't my interest here. Also, on the bright side the chicken sandwich is tasty. Service needs improvement... Perhaps new hires with respectful restaurant experience. Consider, if the pre-made chicken seasoning and kitchen equipment didn't...
