What can be said about freshly made salad, soup and pasta other than it's so good you return often. We had lunch on Christmas Eve Day and the Snellville location wasn't busy. Only thing the visit lacked was a few Christmas songs thrown in to celebrate the season.
For a restaurant to tell us first hand that they don’t have soft drinks because there out of C02 , thats not good, that’s poor management, then we put in our order and Olive Garden is known for there salad and bread sticks and we love them both, but the salad had big hard chunks in it and some lettuce was bad, the bread sticks were not soft and fresh as they should always be! The manager came around to the tables and we told her our concerns about both the salad and bread...
The food was good, but the service could have been better. Instead of just earnestly giving an apology and doing the best with what she had to work with; the wait staff continued to make excuses and dismissed our concerns.
