I’ve been sitting in the front of the line for 30 plus minutes so far for one smoothie. It’s not busy. There’s also a man in the online pick up who’s been here for atleast 40 minutes waiting. Cars are flying out of the line behind me left and right. It’s one smoothie… Hire more people or close down.

? Terrible customer service!!! I have been here on a few occasions, only to experience the same results! First few times, I sat at the drive-thru speaker with no service, I assumed it may have been broken so I parked and went in to be told "sorry we're closed right now, come back in about an hour..." This was during "business" hours! I'm an understanding person, so I tried them again...BIG MISTAKE! I experienced the WORST customer service I've ever experienced to date! The young girl was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooorude, I almost got out of my car to go inside and confront her! However, I like my peace, so I remained calm and vowed from that day forward, I'd ONLY visit the Smoothie King on 78 near Stone Dr! I will NEVER return to this location. Proceed with caution ⚠️ if you visit this location!

Decided to grab a quick smoothie; the empty lobby led me to the drive-thru due to the cold weather. I placed my order swiftly but experienced a longer wait at the window than I anticipated.Returned to this location on 1/6/24, anticipating a change in outcome. It seems evident now that the issue lies with adequate staffing.

Came in to get a protein smoothie and got great customer service and the smoothie was great I usually make my own but I recommend coming to Sceninc Highway if you don’t make your own.

Wow wow wow. All I wanted was a New Year's smoothie. I went to the drive thru to place my order. The guy states he only taking online orders. So I placed the order on the app. I drove up to the drive thru window to receive my order. The window was open when I approached. The guy ignored me for 15 mins. I asked him was my order ready and he proceeded to ignore me. So I got out of the truck looked inside the drive thru window to see if he was ok and I even asked are you ok? and he yells at me and pushes me out the window yelling while assaulting me you can't be in the window sir. So, I go into the store to get his name and he WOULD NOT give me his name (where was his name tag?)Needless to say... I didn't get the drink I paid for. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. NO WONDER WHY THEIR RATING IS SO LOW.

I dont understand why it takes 20-25min to make 2 smoothies? Im the only one in the drive thru!! After 15min they opened the window and asked me what did I order??? Really??? Never coming

This is by far the worst Smoothie King I've ever been to. I tried to give this place a chance, but they miss the mark everytime. They're either out of fruit, don't have enough staff, have issues with their equipment or their computer systems are down. What makes it worse, is they never communicate the issue, until youve waited in lone forver. Everytime I go, I think this time will be different, but it's always more disappointment.

Please get more staff, good grief. This is a million dollar franchise, not a small mom and pop smoothie joint.Scenic Highway location has been short staffed on the busiest days of the week for a solid 2-3 years now. The lady says the same thing every Saturday and Sunday “there’s a lot of orders ahead of you, so you will have to wait 15-20 mins” after a period of sitting at the drive thru menu in silence.. silence that I have to break.

Aryal and Bryant are frauds, and this location is disgusting. I have seen foggers used right next to open food at this location. Any practices and training are also non-existent. They simply do not care about anything. If you are expecting them to ever do the right thing, then you should also expect spit in your face. They should be ashamed.

Do not go here. They’re thieves. The extra things that you are adding to your smoothie like protein, muscle builder, almond milk, etc. they’re not adding it. They are stealing your money. I witnessed on two occasions, different days where I ordered an add-on and it was not added. Instead of adding almond milk likes I ordered, she put water in it. She did this to every smoothie until the manager came then she stopped. She tried to accuse me of lying about ordering almond milk but I had proof on my receipt that I ordered it. Also, instead of her getting a new container of the gut health enhancer, she just sprinkled the little bit that was in the container. Do not purchase add-ons here unless you go in and watch them make it. They’re deceitful. They steal your money.
