? Terrible customer service!!! I have been here on a few occasions, only to experience the same results! First few times, I sat at the drive-thru speaker with no service, I assumed it may have been broken so I parked and went in to be told "sorry we're closed right now, come back in about an hour..." Decided to grab a quick smoothie; the empty lobby led me to the drive-thru due to the cold weather. I placed my order swiftly but experienced a longer wait at the window than I anticipated.Returned to this location on 1/6/24, anticipating a change in outcome. It seems evident now that the issue lies with adequate staffing.

I’ve been sitting in the front of the line for 30 plus minutes so far for one smoothie. It’s not busy. There’s also a man in the online pick up who’s been here for atleast 40 minutes waiting. Cars are flying out of the line behind me left and right. It’s one smoothie… Hire more people or close down.
