THE SERVICE WAS BEYOUND POOR, THE STAFF WAS RUDE. AND ONE OF THE SERVERS STOLE MY CARD INFO AND CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I TOOK THIS TO THE OWNERS, I WAS TOLD, I NEEDED TO FILE A POLICE REPORT AND IT WAS OUT OF THEIR HANDS. WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE I WAS TOLD TO FIND A SEAT, WHICH I DID BUT I DIDN'T KNOW THAT I ALSO HAD TO FIND MY SERVER AS WELL. NOT TO MENTION THAT ONE OF THE LADIES THAT WAS IN CHARGED WAS HAVING A PARTY NEXT TO ME, WHICHED LOOK LIKE HER PERSONAL PEOPLE. SHE JUST SAT THERE AND WATCHED ME WAIT. I EVEN ASKED HER CAN YOU HELP ME GET A SERVER AND SHE STATED IN FRONT OF HER GUEST THAT IT WAS NOT HER PROBLEM. SO I GOT UP AND WENT TO THE BAR, WHERE I ORDERED MY DRINK WHICH COST $15 FOR A LEMON DROP. AND THATS FINE CAUSE I CAME TO SPEND MONEY. WHAT I DIDN'T KNOW WAS THAT TWO DAYS LATER MY CARD WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED $1200 MORE DOLLARS. AND HOW I KNOW WHO IT WAS, CAUSE WHEN I WENT TO THAT STORE TO FIND OUT WTH, THAT SERVER WAS ON THE CAMERA. IJS THIS PLACE COULD HAVE BEEN GREAT. JUST LIKE THE OTHERS.

The owner was nice enough to invite me to try her food, cigars and drinks. The food was delicious. I got to try the fried chicken, Mac and cheese (a little cold) and the collard greens. Fell in love with the corn bread. I got a lemon drop which was part of their $7 Monday special which was good as well. My man got a Long Island and we thought the drinks were pretty strong, just how we like them. We will most definitely be back again. Thank you so much! Also if you’re looking for servers/bartenders I’m your girl!

I visited on a Monday and had the Soulfood plate with Catfish, mac n cheese , greens and a cornbread muffin. The food was flavorful, the fish was battered and fried so well and the portions were nice. The pomegranate martini paired perfectly. Great hang spot for your friends or special events.

What's a sense of promoting something on an internet and I walked in at 7:25 and it took the server almost 30 minutes to come see if I needed something. This is ridiculous A average server has 5 minutes to attend to the table or less which I know cuz I am a server in Atlanta so by the time she got there it was a little after 8:00. I ordered wings and french fries and shrimp and fries and on both orders my fries came out ice cold. I love the atmosphere but we have to do better. The service are more interested in talking to their regular customers and don't understand us as newcomers are the ones that will bring you business. Your first experience should be your best experience. They have benches in the middle of the walkway which should be a fire hazard It's cold on the outside so I figure soon you open up you should turn on the heat if you know it's going to be 33° outside around 7:00. The DJ slim was great but I'm not sure if I'm going to visit this location again. I asked for my drink without eyes it came back with ice so the only thing she did was drain the ice out my glass and it tastes just like water $20 a shot please stop it

Unfortunately I can not recommend this establishment. This place advertises a Martini Monday event with a complimentary meal. This is false advertisement. You can only get the meal free with the purchase of two drinks. They make you download coupons for this event, but the coupons do not mention that you must purchase for two drinks so I purchased a chocolate martini and a lemon drop martini. The chocolate martini was horrible , Tasted like chocolate syrup with a bunch of bottom shelf vodka in it. I took one sip and alerted my waitress. She said she couldn't take it off the bill or make another one. So let's move on to the inedible meal that was not complimentary. The fish was okay but I ordered flounder and was given cat fish. The collards had no flavor and the Mac and cheese cheese had a rancid flavor. The cornbread muffin was burned beyond recognition. I asked if I could swap it for one I could actually eat. The answer was no. Last night was so disappointing that I can't decide which was worse the food or the service. Needless to say we left and will not be back. Management really needs to get this place under control. Overall we had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will not return.

We used to frequent The Cigar Bar, but now only every once in a while. And every time we make the mistake of stopping in, I'm reminded of why... This time the service was even worse than the previous visits, food was burnt and they did not have simple ingredients for mixed drinks! We are simple patrons and don't require a lot of attention but, our server seemed to be mute, the three times she approached the table she would just stand there, and look at us as if we needed to address her or read her mind. Wings were so burnt I can't even believe they brought them to us. More experienced and versatile bar tenders would be a plus. The only syrup they had for mixed drinks was strawberry. I'm giving 2 stars because it's convenient to my home and the DJ was decent.
