This Wendy’s needs to be closed. Never has frostys, horrible service, and always out of something. I really hope they put something worth more than a pile of dirt there when this place is gone. If I could give no stars I would do so.

Gave me a salad instead of a sandwich. With a side of fries. That makes zero sense. Next time you can’t hear something correctly just ask for clarification. Also, this place is ALWAYS out of several menu items, and never has frostys. Then they get angry when you tell them nevermind I came here for a frosty. Childish

03/15/2024 9:01am I Ordered A Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit Meal, An A Breakfast Baconator. I Unwrapped The Breakfast Baconator.it Was Flat! I Looked Up At There Menu Board. On This Board, This Breakfast Baconator Looks Huge! I asked My Brother, What Do You Think About This? Then I Said, Does It Look Like The Baconator On There Board That You Order From? He Laughed. I Unwrapped The Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit. An It Was Bigger Then The One On There Board. I Finished Eating An Took This Baconator Back To Get My Money Back. A Nice Woman Asked Me What The Problem Was. I Told Her, She Went An Got Gloves Before She Touched Anything. I Thought, She Must Be The Manager. Then Here Comes Three More Women . I Asked. Can I Talk To The Manager. Then One Of Three Spoke Up With A Tone An Said, WE ARE ALL MANAGERS! I ASKED DOES THIS BACONATOR LOOK LIKE THE ONE YOU HAVE ADVERTIZES? The Woman That Had The Tone, Looks At It! She Counted The Pieces of Bacon An Then Went An Said, they Gave You More Bacon Then You Were Suppose To Get, I Asked Her, DOES IT LOOK LIKE THE ONE YOU HAVE ADVERTIZED. SHE SAID YES. Then I got a tone, You Have To Be Blind! I Want My Money Back! The Nice Woman, Host Name Campbell Gave Me My Money Back. I Should Of Took A Picture An Placed It On This Review. I Should Of Asked The Host What The Other Woman's name Was. It's A Dam Breakfast Sandwich. I Don't Know Who Owns This Branch Of Wendy's, I Wonder It They Read These Reviews? They Should Be Ashamed ! Waited almost 30 mins for a burger combo and fries cold in the bag went back in and they took anger 15 mins before give us replacements making the rest of our food cold they have there they all move super slow replacements wasn’t even filled

If they can get Negative Stars that is what they would get. Everything I go to this Wendy's and ask for a chocolate frosty there comment is the chocolate frosty machine is not working. For is cold like it has been sitting on the counter for hours. Someone from Corporate really needs to do a surprise or secrete customer I can bet even the Managers would be finding new jobs. The food is the worst and customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with.

Absolutely the worst experience. Zero stars across the whole board. I went threw the drive thru as soon as i pull up i receive WHAT CAN I GET YOU (in the snottest attitude) order my child cheese burger kids meal and myself a 10 piece nugget combo. Pull around to pay the gentlemen was decently nice,proceeded to the next window (mind you i have injured fingers they are wrapped in neon pink sports tape you cant miss it) lady practically throws the drinks at me then slams the window i just sit there next here comes the food low and behold the blonde lady does the same throws our food at me and slams the window. I look in the window and just shake my head like why? The food was all cold likes its been sitting for who knows how long. It sucks the amount of money I just wasted at this location.

I really enjoyed your food. I'm sorry about clogging your toilet. I think it was clogged already when I got in the hair. But, I added to it and for that I apologize. I've been driving a long time and really needs to go or else I would have held it till I got home. the food what really was stellar. I got chicken sandwiches and fries and drinks, and they were all hot and ready to go in my mouth and then back out again. Period

I place a mobile order like I always do and my pickup time was at 12:30pm. When I arrived around 12:34pm I walked towards the counter and noticed my order wasn’t at the mobile area. As employees and MANAGER were calling out orders I patiently waited. After they were finished I asked about my order. The young man said he put my order at the area which no order was there. That’s when the manager stepped in and said somebody must be took your order. So I asked what I supposed to do about that. She said theres nothing she can do without an order number. So I went on my app to my most recent order and pull up my receipt. She refused to even look at my receipt and catch an attitude like I was in the wrong. She was yelling and screaming at me I was so embarrassed. Afterwards she said I can fix your order or give you your money back. I was so upset I just wanted my money back I was not hungry anymore. After I told her that she said “You can go on the app and get your money back”. I didn’t deserve to be treated like that and I’m so hurt and embarrassed she did that in front of all them people. I will never order from there again as long as she work there.
