For lunch I went thru the drive thru. I was not happy with my meal so I went inside and was greeted by a nice young male that look like he probably was from the line making good he was concerned when I came in with my bag.He immediately went and got his manager who came right away to address my concerns .He prepared personally another meal that he made sure was done correctly but also was concerned for my time that it was costing me .He was extremely polite and offered me a cookie...read full review
This Wendy’s location is horrible. We have tried it several times now and it is always awful. We won’t be back. You sit in the drive thru line forever only to get horrible customer service and cold food - if it’s even correct. If there was any kind of competition in Springfield there’s no way this place would stay open.
Cold food, order was wrong and girl at the window never spoke.
