Hands down some of the best wings in Camden!

I really wanted this place to be good. Went multiple times in hopes to have a better experience than the previous visit, unfortunately they were not. Ordered three different sandwiches in three different visits, ALL three times bread was hard and dry to touch and taste, like it was old. Service could have been a lot better.

Hands down one of the best pubs to go grab a couple pints, and some really good food to go with it. Owner is awesome and staff welcoming. Make sure you try the nuclear waste! And the hot rack poppers!

I recently visited the Horse and Cow Pub and had an overall good experience. The wings were pretty tasty, though they were a bit overcooked for my taste. If you prefer a nice crispy wing, they'd likely be perfect for you. The onion rings were a pleasant surprise, made with purple onions, which added a unique twist to a classic appetizer. The atmosphere was quiet but inviting, with a cozy, hometown VFW vibe. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely come back again for drinks and appetizers.

Great food and great people been a few times great friendly service . Decent menu and drinks they have what they call a mini burger on special with fries beats all the local fast food places hands down at a super price which is also a special on Wednesdays. I tried the haddock and fries it was perfect and coming from me who grew up on this that’s saying something.. Totally recommend this friendly place to anyone .

started off as a half decent dine in experience, angel was our server. ordered two waters and the mac and cheese bite appetizer, the cheese bites were nice and hot when they got to the table. i ordered the h&c burger and my husband ordered the fish and chips. my husbands fish and chips were cold when they got to the table but he is a trooper and ate it anyway, my burger however was raw in the center. waited almost 20 minutes for our server to come back to the table, so i could let her know my burger was raw in the center. she tried stating that it was medium, but medium means warm pink center not raw. i am eight months pregnant and cannot eat raw ground beef for obvious reasons. at that point i was more frustrated and did not want to wait for a recook, would have just preferred to go somewhere else. however she did take it off the check after being asked to. can comfortably say, myself and my husband will never dine at a horse and cow again.

My wife and I went here on a Saturday around 3 pm we wanted to try it out since it's new to Saint Mary's and close to home. Walking in the front door the employee was sitting out front on her phone so we walked in and sat at the bar. There was only a few people eating so they were not busy at all. We waited for at least 5 minutes and didn't see anyone working inside, finally the girl came in from outside and didn't say a word just walked straight into the kitchen. After a few more minutes her and another employee came out from the kitchen the second girl ask for our order but at this point we had waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. Once again there were only two customers there so not greeting someone in 10 minutes is simply crazy. Unfortunately bad employees will run people off from any business.

Don’t let the location turn you off. The service was great, the food was really good, and the atmosphere is mighty cool. We got fried Mac n cheese bites, teriyaki wet wings, mojito lime dry wings, a pb&j burger, and a cheeseburger flatbread. Our picky 7-year old gave his food (flatbread) a 17/20 [why out of 20? We don’t know, that’s just what he said]. The Mac n cheese bites were really well seasoned and tasty. The wings were huge and tasted delicious. The pb&j burger had a ton of pb&j so that was awesome. If the flatbread base sauce had been more like a Big Mac sauce (mayo, ketchup, some dill relish) it would have been killer, but it was good regardless. Our child asked if we could come back every time we pass by, so I’d say it was a win all around!
