Osaka Japanese Steak House & Seafood

Came in as a party of 6 to celebrate birthdays and EVERYTHING was wrong… even the water, twice! First, drink orders were taken, water no ice… we got a cup full of ice. Our wine was never served. A second person ordered water that they never got. Refills were offered once. The food was lacking in seasoning and we never got the lobster that we ordered. Two of us asked for white rice and after asking for it repeatedly, it showed up at the end of our meal …Our cook James was very friendly and entertaining and I think that is/was the only good thing I can say about this place. Food sucks, service sucks, table was sticky from the peeling contact paper they had on it. This place has lots of room for improvement.

After waiting one hour to get the food, it was cold. The service was sucked. The manager is rude.

Naw man. This place has gone downhill. Surety tables terrible service and they rush you in and out. It’s terrible now, don’t go thinking you will get the same as it was a couple years ago.

My husband and I have been going to Osaka's since we we're teens. Still our favorite place to go. Service is always great and the food is always amazing.

The food and the cook were great. The service was ok, but the food made up for it!

Place is a little dated on the inside but our meal was great, hibachi chef was great and sushi was good.

Food was delicious and prepared well. The show was fun and to the point, very engaging chef that kept you talking and laughing. Will definitely be back for more.

If i could leave 0 stars, I would. Place is filthy. Sushi “chef” didn’t know how to cut sushi and didn’t know what was in their rolls. Two of them bumbling behind the sushi bar reading the menu for ingredients. We didn’t get half the food from our order, but that’s ok, it was terrible.
Their cooked food might be ok (though not the tempura), but don’t risk coming here for sushi

This place is a 0/10 would not recommend to the person who treated me the worst. The customer service was horrible with the head lady being rude to the employees in front of customers. I heard a lot of bad reviews but didn’t want to drive far and I wish I would have because it was horrible. Don’t waste your time money or effort going to this horrible establishment

It's not horrible, but definitely not a great quality of food. I'm not particularly interested in the flavors, especially the beef.
Unfortunately, I believe this is a place for quantity over quality.

Usually enjoy this restaurant every time, decided to make a reservation just in case they were busy, we were late but called. The first half of the 7 person party had already arrived, got our table and ordered drinks, which they refused to serve until the entire party was there and seated. Why? We were thirsty!!
