Osaka Japanese Steak House & Seafood

Had a bad experience, waited literal YEARS to come back and these are my thoughts. Not THE worst but still really bad. Chefs are fun but the environment is poorly kept and everything was sticky and dirty. The dining room is crowded so it gets really loud. The food was EXTREMELY overpriced for what it is(mediocre) and it took forever to get in and out because the service was poorly optimized (like 4 different people came up to us at one point all doing different things and at the end we had to verbally go over every single item we bought so they could write it down when they had already taken the order and cooked the food and served it to us) Anyone who says its better than ok has never tasted good food in their life (not sorry) We are never going back.

Not the typical Hibachi experience. The salad was awful. There’s not much taste in any of the food. The show was okay at best. The interior is old and out dated, they still have valentines decor up at the end of May. I would skip this place and try another in the future.

We haven’t been here in a while and decided to get some orders to go. The food didn’t seem fresh at all. I called to tell them that the food seemed old, but the cashier that rung me up when I picked up the food was called to the phone and said that it was cooked that day. When? This morning? Did it sit around all day, then reheated? All of the meat (shrimp and chicken)were dry. Not a juice left in them. They were hard and inedible. I chewed about four pieces until I couldn’t anymore or I would injure my mouth. My son’s steak, ordered medium well) was overcooked and also dry. This is horrible quality for the price we paid.

It was awesome except for the person taking our order messed up and they tried to charge me for things I didn't get but we figured it out and I got some of my money back

Their food is OK Their service is good, but the smell of sewer in this place is horrible and it really should do something about their plumbing and not try to just get rid of the smell by using a ton of incense to cover it.

This Japanese steakhouse is hands down one of the best spots in town. It’s well known locally, and after eating here multiple times, I completely understand why.

The food is consistently delicious every single time. Whether it’s the steak, chicken, shrimp, fried rice, or vegetables, everything comes out perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The portions are generous, and you always leave full and satisfied.

What really stands out is the consistency. It doesn’t matter if it’s a busy weekend night or a quieter weekday dinner — the quality never changes. The service is solid, the chefs are entertaining, and the overall experience is exactly what you expect every visit.

If you’re looking for a reliable, delicious Japanese steakhouse that delivers the same great result every time, this is the place. Definitely one of the most dependable and enjoyable restaurants in town.

The service was terrible here. The cooking took forever for my table to the point where the another table got seated after us and even got their food finished before us.

At the end of the dinner, the hostress took forever to give us our to go box and even the check that it made me late to an event I was supposed to attend but had to cancel because of my lateness. And they forgot to get a togo order for another person my table that they had to stay behind after we left. Never coming back here again.

Very good, fairly priced hibachi food.

Not sure who has run this place in the ground. Do not take orders online if you can't deliver, waiting to make till after there (pick up time advertised) is ridiculous, extra half hour, REALLY! Food quality has diminished severely. Not sure what 1 item was, I didn't order, don't substitute. Won't be back. What a shame, used to be good.

I haven’t been here in close to 10 years and we came down from Minnesota to visit family and friends. This place has entirely gone down hill except for the taste of the food. The waitress was also the cook, they no longer do the free shrimp appetizer, the restaurant was so hot inside compared to outside that evening and the bathrooms are in terrible condition now.
