We have been here 3 times now and the food does NOT disappoint! The new Parmesan chicken sandwich is fire! The quesadillas are on point! This has become our go to spot when visiting Statesboro! Yall are killing it!

Several appetizers and sandwich offerings. The jalapeno popper burger was delicious (just be sure you like it hot). The fries were good, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean with a nice outdoor seating area.

We love their buffalo spinach dip! So good! And the service is always great! My favorite spot in Boro!

Food was great, the spinach amd artichoke buffalo chicken dip is awesome! Great selections. Service was a little slow but the place was packed.

There is no reason why this restaurant can not follow customary order instructions. I ordered a Bites Deluxe burger with no tomato or onion, and they put tomato and onion on my burger anyways. There is no sense in this, and I'll never order anything from this place again, because they either don't know how to follow order instructions and/or refuse to listen to their customers. This restaurant has lost my business FOREVER!

Ordered to go, order was ready on time(we picked up on time too), ate 10-15 minutes later, food was still warm. We ordered fries, fried pickles, the Texas burger and just a regular burger, fries got cold (and soggy) the quickest, and the burgers were mid, but the fried pickles and ranch completely saved it for me. I usually make my own turkey burgers at home and probably would do that still, but so far the appetizers seem to have the best potential

Came to visit friends from out of town and they took us to Bites for a late dinner. I have to say, I have never had such better service before! Out waiter was amazing and very personable and funny. I am so mad as I don't remember his name but we came in around 9 on the 12th and it was four of us. Two of us are from KC. Anyways, he was amazing and deserves any promotions or recognitions!

The food was very good and so were the drinks! The atmosphere is such a vibe and I would definitely be back when I can!

Had a great experience at Bites in the Boro! Finding good customer service these days is tough, but Maisie went above and beyond. She made some awesome food recommendations, especially the buffalo spinach and artichoke dip and the tequila lime chicken sandwich, which ended up being one of my favorites.
I placed a large to-go order for a local doctor’s office, so I expected to be making a few trips back and forth to my car. But Ramy, the owner, actually came out to help carry and load everything. You don’t see that kind of hands-on service very often, and it really made the whole experience feel personal and appreciated.
Overall, great food, friendly service, and people who genuinely care about what they’re doing. I don’t live in the area, but whenever I’m commuting through town, I’ll definitely make it a point to stop by again.

Mid afternoon 3pm on Friday was perfect timing for a quiet lunch! Sean was the right amount of helpful, present, and attentive. Chips & queso were basic, but the onion rings were phenomenal! Really liked the bourbon glazed grilled chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese.
