Went into the lobby and they had a bunch of actors saying they were waiting. The waitress lied and said they had a party of 35. Weird how every table was open and you hired a bunch of actors saying they were waiting for tables since it was gonna be so long such a wait for 35 in one party? No way, paid actors would easily sit there all night and not order food like? What are you guys going off? A bunch of actors saying there’s 35 of yall and it’s so busy when I can easily see cleared tables with no actors at them even though SUPPOSEDLY there’s 35 and they’re all paid by the hour. That makes no sense. No possible way

Remodeled and dead environment with cold food and beyond bad service. Wait for 30 minutes, just to get inside and sit for 15 more and not a single person comes to your table for anything at all. This doesn’t happen once but multiple times within a time frame of 1.5 years. We give up. Remodeling will not help.
Management can’t manage or handle situations and when you ask for a manager the waitress, without checking, immediately says they are very busy (with not even half the restaurant full) and they won’t be able to help you.
Then once you say you still want to speak with a manager, she begins to want to tell you repeatedly the same thing. Then once you step towards a kitchen where you see a manager, and ask for one out loud while she stands as if a BODYGUARD in the kitchen in front of you, a manager appears in 2 seconds. FREE and not busy, and willing to speak with you as he always is. Same overworked manager that the staff runs over because he is soo nice, but he doesn’t know exactly how to manage situations.
We have tried, but this restaurant has gone down beyond repair. They even mess up to go orders. How??
Where is corporate? How do they not see this??

The atmosphere & vibe was typical and consistent with BWW. Music and TV’s galore. Our waitress was very good, attentive and friendly. I got the new steak/cheese sandwich and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. The drink was good… again, consistent.

Most of the food was really good. I personally did not like the fries that came with my cheese steak but other than that every thing was good. The service was quick and the food came out hot and fresh. It was a great dinning experience.

I usually get street tacos 🌮 and they are fully loaded 😋 but tonight they were very slack and the food was cold.
It must have been an off night. Seated and took 10min before we were spoke to about drinks. Ordered everything when we ordered drinks. Was told kitchen was backed up, but plates of food were sitting on shelves in kitchen. Our table had good view of kitchen. Husband received food before mine. Ten minutes later mine came out. There were empty tables and had 6 employees hanging out in front when you come in. First time we have ever had a visit like this.

We waiting for an hour and a half for our food. The restaurant is clearly understaffed in front of house. The food is good but definitely not good enough to wait around for. We then didn’t even get all of our food and had to continuously remind the server and track her down. Wouldn’t recommend to be honest.

Tried to use their website over and over it wouldn't work. I downloaded their App and thought that I got my order in, but while checking out, all info in, the app crashes!! It then takes me back to the very beginning! At that point I decided on Olive Garden and had no problem whatsoever ordering online.

Very friendly and professional staff. We get an opportunity to be here every Thursday after our class. They do have specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays on their wings. Don't forget to try there house brew beer. It is delicious !!! Our family and kids love spending time here. Definitely recommended !!!
