The worst Burger King I've ever been to. The red haired, nasty, old POS General Manager referred to myself and all DoorDashers as lazy. I went to the drive through because usually their doors are locked although according to their hours the lobby should be open. They gave me the food in the driveway, but told me next time I would have to come in to get it. I told them the only reason I came through the drive through is because the doors are always locked. That's when the piece of garbage GM said I was lazy and just didn't want to come in like no other doordashers ever want to. I told her I was going to report her to their corporate office and do everything I can to get her fired. Filth like her has no place in the restaurant business, or any other.
April is amazing!! Other restaurants need to take note, their efficiency and customer service is impeccable, I will definitely return!

If I could give this store a -0 I definitely would. I went to the speaker, to place my order. I repeated my order three time and when I said it the third time , he tells me I don’t have to yell. So, as I drive to the window to pay for my food he ( The Manager Jacoby). Looks at me as if I was crazy, I asked him did you get my order. A number two with no cheese and a Sprite? He states to me, you drove off, so I didn’t get the order. Let me must say my order was on the screen once I drove off. Then he says I didn’t get your order because I was talking to someone else, so I asked him “ why didn’t you just tell me to hold on? Then he goes to tell me what I’m the only one up here. Once I try to proceed to pay for my order, he told me that he cannot take my order at the window. If Burger King is accepting customer service like this, I will recommend the world to never come to Fair Rd, Burger King. And I am a mother of four that is very rare to write a review because I know how it is working in a fast food restaurant. I worked at one for seven years. Jacoby needs to be placed back into management classes for customer service.
