Food is just ok even though a lot of people rave and rant about them I see nothing special ever though the chicken sandwiches have more flavor then other fast food places but they're also more expensive then those places

This particular location is swamped with competitors, and the truth is Chick-fil-A is the best. Whether it's the drive-thru, carry-out,or dine-in, you can't go wrong. I eat here and hope you try it also.

I like this one better than the new one by Publix. Way faster service and food is better. Parking and traffic aren’t too good here but it’s still a better choice than the new one.
I placed an order to have it delivered and they sat the order outside the building. Therefore the person never received the order. Don't ever order from doordash.

I came in here just needing a quick lunch, and they delivered as always. Mr. David greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered. He was very polite, friendly, and conversational, the perfect person to be upfront. Many places have zero customer service nowadays, but not this place. They blew it out of the water. Good job, y’all. Keep up the great work. I’ll definitely stop back by when I’m in the area, even though I live in Pembroke.

My nuggets were room temperature. After driving through the drive thru, I went inside. I requested hot nuggets. The employee simply gave me the ones that were next in the window. They were not hot either.

Got food to go inside! The man taking our order was out of sorts! I had 4 different meals and he put in for just 2 sauces for all 4 orders.. I saw it on my receipt and went back to ask him why just 2, he said that's just what I put down. Get our food in the car and give them out and the fries were so over cooked we didnt even eat them.. Wasted money.. Same time someone was there for an interview and it just flustered him to iut of sorts...
This the third time I have been to chic fil-a and the service have been horrible. Get to my food , my fries was semi cold and I was suppose to have strawberry lemonade in both cups, I was charged .80 for it , that’s what I expect , she told me it was at the bottom , if it’s strawberry lemonade why isn’t it everywhere? So I don’t recommend a quick lunch or dinner here! Too many kids work here and the service and quality of your service is rushed! Won’t be coming back to this Chick-fil-A !!!!
