Went for a random dinner and was a little disappointed. I had the Santa something burger which was decent, juicy, and came with some steak fries that were seasoned well. My partner went for the sirloin and was a little disappointed. It was cooked medium instead of medium rare with a larger gray area in there and somehow half of it was still pretty raw. She ordered the Texas fries without jalapenos.... but it came with a heaping pile of jalapenos. Took forever for our server to get back to us cause she was dealing with a rowdy group so that was I'd say excusable. Would have been nice for other staff to help her out. In the end, service was slow (not out waiter's fault, again coworkers could have helped and she had her hands full with a rowdy table) food was as expected but still somehow a little disappointing, and we'll atmosphere was oddly quiet for it being kind of busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: About 4 disability spots outside to park in if IRC. Aisles are pretty wide so no trouble getting a wheelchair through them and the waiters were kind enough to move chairs and hold doors for us.

Ordered a ribeye medium over $20. It was tough couldn’t chew it. Alerted the manager she ordered a 6 oz sirloin to go it also was very tough. The rest of food was good. Just a little disappointed.

do not order from uber eats or DoorDash! Chillis is notorious for leaving out an order or parts of an order!!! And there is nothing that they will do to correct it,, they try to blame their failure of performance on Uber or DoorDash, when. in fact it their screw up! and they will not refund or make things right.

Me and my friend went to eat on Good Friday night and our server Shania , was very good and attentive to details. She was a good server over all. You can definitely tell she loves her job and 10/10
Food wasn't consistent with chilis from my home time, I'm out of town for work and wanted something familiar so I chose Chilis cause it should be the same everywhere rather I'm home in Louisiana or out of town in Georgia. That wasn't the case and I was disappointed.
Great food and the best part is Tiffany! We have made seeing her our weekly ritual! Super sweet, so warm and welcoming!

I ordered the Bacon Chicken Ranch Quesadilla, which was a huge portion. I was expecting freshly grilled chicken. The chicken in the quesadilla tasted like the prepared chicken I buy at the store and use for salad toppings. The bacon tasted like the Hormel bacon bits I also buy at the store instead of fresh made.Very disappointed ? The chicken and bacon bits were unevenly distributed...a couple of my sections of quesadilla had cheese only, and several has very little chicken. Our server was great and the team at the front was very welcoming!!
Ordered a steak asked for it to be cooked medium well once it was brought to the table it was bloody blood on my veggies and all had to have it sent back with fresh veggies. When it came back my steak was darker and smaller ( over cooked) was just ready to leave from there with all the back and forth!! Got home steak was than hard like a rock dried out wasn’t worth eating. Customer service sucks they don’t care about the customers or keeping them either… No solution just wasted money!!! Never will they get a dime from me, every time there’s a bad experience here never been to a chilis like this, this one location puts a bad taste in your mouth!!! Server was rushing me to order after I’ve told her I wasn’t ready just too much too unorganized not up to par at all!

Despite them messing up my food twice the food was good. The manager basically told us it was our fault our order was wrong and that “we should read menu next time” and jokingly laughed. I ensured I asked for the meat on the side because my friend is pescatarian. But the server was amazing and she even apologized for not being informed on the menu. I just feel like the manager should have addressed us and the situation differently.
I don't think I've eaten chilli's before today but my experience here was pretty good. I got this Alex Sante Fe burger and it was great. The fries were also perfect for me.
