These days prices are a factor so be prepared. Food and service good. But paying too much for a quesadilla and drink with a senior on a budget broke the piggy bank. Our server understood and pointed out the specials on the very back of the menu. I tipped her but my friend was not able to. Be awhile before we return. Unless they start sending coupons.

I stayed in one of the surrounding hotels. I ordered food to go. $60 of garbage food was prepared horribly such poor quality and taste. Additionally, hair was in the pasta. I will definitely not be eating here again. First and definitely MY last.

The server was great, but called to ask if they were taking Eagle express and was told yes then got there and went to use it and they said it was down, I asked if they could give us some sort of discount and all they did was take $3.50 off our total

With its painted concrete floor, this Chili's decor is definitely low budget. But the prices are not low budget - our dinner for three came to more than $75 (before tip). Also, you will pay for water and a domestic draft beer will cost you 7 bucks. We used to enjoy an occasional meal at Chili's, but if this is what they have become - no thanks.

1st time eating here in about 10 years. Placed a delivery order 09/30/2025, Order # 38478324644560897. I live about 5 mins away. When I got my order, the food was cold, the fries & the $15.00 for 4 Southwestern Eggrolls were soggy & greasy, salsa was very watery, hamburger had NO toppings & was very dry. The servings were small, the food and quality was awful. Prices have gone WAY up, for the amount of food you get. This isn't the Chili's I used to eat at several years ago. Corporations, Private Equity firms, are killing America & nobody cares.

Usually i never do reviews but tonight was the worst experience i’ve had at chilis. When my girlfriend, me, and her child came in we were immediately seated so that’s a plus however we were not given a kids menu for the child. it was packed so i didn’t expect everything to be fast however we were there for almost two hours 8pm-9:40pm most the time just waiting on a to go order. My girlfriend ordered mozzarella sticks and asked for nashville hot sauce, when it arrived all she got was the marinara sauce. the waitress came back to ask our order when i reminded her about the nashville sauce and she said she would get it, fast forward i get my food while my girlfriend is still waiting on her sauce. at this point she didn’t want it because her food was already cold but i asked again anyway and she finally got it. We were also given no silverware nor straws for our meal or drinks. I asked for a to go order of boneless wings when i got my food around 8:30 we did not get the to go order until 9:40 when the waitress finally came back and looked confused as to why we were still sitting there. she apologized and said the to go person was supposed to bring it out, by then the wings were cold. the waitress asked if we wanted lids for our sauce which we never got. it might have been because they were so busy but there were so many problems with our dinner tonight that i don’t think it was worth 100$ for no silverware, no straws, cold wings, mozzarella sticks with the wrong sauce, a kids pizza and my meal. the pizza and my meal were perfect besides no silverware to eat our food with (we both had sides of mac and cheese.) we seen our waitress one time after we had our food, never got the chance to ask for them either. To be fair we forgot to ask the one time she did come back.

When we first walked in, the waitresses were very loud and giggling. I went to the restroom and skunk weed almost knocked me out. Not saying they were the ones doing it, but there was only one other party in there and they never went to the restroom while I was there. My mom had a complaint on her fries, the manager came out, and didn't act like he cared much. The waitress took it upon herself to try and make mom happy and I thank her for that. But being an employee for a company where I have to be drug tested that we have done often...I won't be back. DON'T get the fries, they are awful!

Service was good. The food on 2 out of three meals was good. One meal the fries were served with some seasoning that made my wife sick to her stomach. It was not the same seasoning as the other plates. Complained to waitress and she recognized that there was an issue and got the manager. The manager appeared to resist making this right. The waitress actually asked if he could provide a credit for the fries. The whole experience was not very professional nor should it have happened in front of the customer. The credit was not what she was after, but she just wanted them to know so other customers would not be made sick.
