A friend and I dined in tonight and were served by Ashley, who provided the most incredible and attentive service we’ve ever received. She brought us everything we needed before we needed to ask. She predicted our every need with accuracy and efficiency and had a smile the whole way through. When we return, it will be in hopes of having the pleasure of being served by Ashley again. I haven't eaten at Chili's in YEARS. I remember when they used to have the best deals & portions. You could get an appetizer and meal for under $20. Prices have gone WAY up, in my opinion, for the amount of food you get. An order of cheesesticks was like $15 🥲

Went for a random dinner and was a little disappointed. I had the Santa something burger which was decent, juicy, and came with some steak fries that were seasoned well. My partner went for the sirloin and was a little disappointed. It was cooked medium instead of medium rare with a larger gray area in there and somehow half of it was still pretty raw. She ordered the Texas fries without jalapenos.... but it came with a heaping pile of jalapenos. Took forever for our server to...
