We ate at this Chipotle while visiting from out of town and I have to admit this is probably the best chipotle I've ever been to. I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are about. The girls behind the counter were nice and polite and the store was clean and well stocked and the sweet girl making our bowls did a great job.

The chipotle I used to love is no longer the same particularly this location. The service here is awful and most of the people working here are rude and seem not happy when the customer shows up. They always have some item missing from the menu. On top, the quantity of protein they put is significantly low.

Chipotle in Statesboro is Garbage. Ordered a chicken bowl online, picked it up and not even 3 ounces of chicken in bowl. The bowl was not seasoned, no flavor, wasted $16. If you want lot's of rice and beans it's a great place to dine.

I ordered on line 2 burrito bowls. My wife’s barely had any chicken and was mostly grizzle. Mine was double chicken which I paid for but didn’t get. I ordered red sauce didn’t get any. I ordered corn didn’t get any. I ordered extra sour cream didn’t get it. I ordered extra cheese didn’t get it. The portions were very small. And it didn’t taste right. When we dine in the workers give you a lot more versus an online order. Poor customer service for online orders. Will never order online again. Because you don’t get what you pay for!
