Bruh idk if these workers are burnt out but my cajun fries had no seasoning on them had me feeling like a white lady and im specifically disappointed because last time my cajun fries were 10/10 seasoned. Yall didnt even give me salt or nothing like?? I also ordered cheese bites and only got like 2..

TERRIBLE customer service… everytime I get food from here the people are extremely rude and have an attitude. I asked for cookout sauce and the employee gave me a nasty look like I was not allowed to ask for any sauce.

Dangerously Undercooked Burger – A Serious Health Concern
I visited Cook Out in Statesboro, GA, and was served a severely undercooked burger. Unfortunately, I had already eaten most of it before realizing it was raw in the center. This is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health risk.
I have attached photos as proof, along with my receipt. I am now feeling unwell and will be reporting this incident to the local health department. Proper food safety measures must be enforced to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
I urge management to take this issue seriously and ensure their staff is properly trained in food preparation. Serving raw meat is dangerous, and I hope immediate action is taken to address this.

Fast service - no line, here I am thinking I can get a quick “Hot” burger and fries. Just to get home and I live 5 minutes away and to bite the first fry and it taste like a cold seasoned corn chip.Burger was hard as two grilled rocks with ketchup and cheese on top Broke my heart - such a waste of money. Going to cook something now. Just needed to vent without overreacting. Would you drive back up there ? Not worth the time just don’t make the mistake I did by choosing this place on a Tuesday night. Hell Scratch just make your own burgers and fries never settle for convenience. Make your own. God Bless whoever made my order tonight.
Horrible customer service tonight from some guy with pink hair. Rushed his words. I had a hard time understanding him. Heard him talk about me at the window aggravated that he had to repeat himself. Messed up my order when I asked for a bbq tray he very rudely insisted I said bbq chicken.

I got tenders, (two were very pitifully small) cheese curds (like 6) and onion rings (4 small ones). Plus they were out of ranch and honey mustard.

It’s 3am we have been in line close to an hour. I’m so tired please just give me my food. I’m so sleepy.
We ordered 5 trays recently, they shorted us our sides and the sides and they were overcooked and not to mention the bread was dry on every sandwich we had got. we also had orders two sweet teas not unsweetened teas
