It's kinda bad when you take your kids to dairy Queen to get a ice cream on a saturday, and you walk in and see the cook vaping while cooking. For a minute, I thought I was at the Waffle House, but then I thought the Waffle House don't even let people smoke in their restaurant. And I thought they give you a cup of ice cream, not half a cup.

I've made my career working & now managing in the foodservice industry. I understand the pretty & the ugly. I truly hate writing negative reviews but everytime I visit here it's the same issue. I waited in drive thru behind 6 vehicles today for my food. Not a problem because I knew it would be hot & fresh. My coke was strong & bubbly and my fries crispy and hot! Imagine my disappointment to get a MICROWAVED hamburger! If you are too lazy to do the job right, then quit or close! You give us all a bad rep!

Dang how many times have I walked from E Oliff St to get me a chilli dog, bless y’all. Customer service is good enough, kinda like that saying about the Lord, He ain’t always there when you want Him , but He’s always there when you need Him.

SKIP this DQ! Bottom line this DQ location is awful. The owner (Mr. Marsh) was rude and has no curtesy for customers. My order was wrong so I called to have it replaced or portion refunded. Ordered a 6pc basket and got a 4 pc for $12. I was blamed by Mr. Marsh for changing my order and was offered two chicken fingers the following day when I came back to town. Crazy! The food was also cold. I will not return to this establishment solely because of the owner. I feel sorry for the employees. Dairy Queen should not allow franchise owners to act in such a manner and tarnish the DQ name.

My husband and I went in today and both ordered hamburger meals. We both thought it was taking a little long to get our food 15 minutes had passed. When we saw people were being served food that had come in after us. I walked to the counter with our receipt and metal table tag. A server with lavender hair asked me if I was ready for my ice cream. I told hercno we were wondering if our food would be ready soon. She rudely dismissed me and said she( another server) was bringing it. As long as it took we believed it would be hot Nope both of our burgers were stone cold. These cheese on my husband's wasn't even melted. His fries were also ice cold. We left our plates and walked out. My husband said we would never be back. It's a shame we both loved the Marshes Dairy Queen. Server left a whole lot to be desired and needed a course in customer service. Her skills were sadly lacking.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Brownie and Oreo Confection ice cream cup. The brownies were stale and not enough ice cream. The brownie was not crushed up but stuck in the cup whole and hardly no oreos in the cup. I was very disappointed.
