Dunkin' is a popular spot with a friendly staff that works hard to get your order right. The owner or manager is hands-on, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The drive-thru can get busy, but it's worth it to go inside for the excellent service. They go above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions, like low caffeine options. While they don't sell Coconut donuts anymore, their other offerings are generally good. However, there can be inconsistencies in food preparation, especially during busy times like mornings.

Customers really prefer Dunkin' over some other chain coffee shops. Pup cups are awesome and a favorite of many customers. The only issue is the drive-thru and traffic along the roadway can cause backups, making it hard to get in and out sometimes. The staff, like Lilly and Randy, are patient and provide nice and quick service, even when the place is about to close. Customers have had the best experience with the meal deal, where the hash browns were amazing, the coffee was amazing, and the sandwich came toasted. The staff at the window are also sweet and upbeat, which can really make one's day.
