This Dunkin is Horrible! They are so incompetent I literally was standing around for over 15 minutes for a lousy large cup of coffee, light and sweet. I had to ask three times for this coffee until I finally said I wanna refund and then the girl gets me the refund, which actually looks like she added the charge and credited the charge so I really didn’t get a refund and the coffee they gave me had no sugar in it. I don’t know where that’s light and sweet, but they are the worst ever Duncan on earth.

We really prefer Dunkin’ over some other chain coffee shops. Pup cups are awesome and a favorite of our boys. The only issue with our local DD is the drive-thru and traffic along the roadway cause back ups. It’s hard to get in and out of sometimes. We will still go just be ready to deal with some traffic.

Their drinks online are more expensive than any other dunkin. The new Sabrina shaken espresso? $8.50 $3 more expensive than any.other Dunkin I checked, except the two others owned by the same person is town.

Our big group walked in right before closing time, Lilly and Randy were amazing! They were patient with us asking to taste some of the ice cream flavors and service was nice and quick. The place was clean too :).
Great place, great staffs but hot Hazel Coffee was THE worst (hot water with flagrant, wet sock taste Rather than coffee,.also in the Pooler area. Dunkin' was the same thing. I wonder WHY! If you are out of coffee, then don't sell it !~ We work hard for the money.and I love my coffee !

Best experience I’ve had there by far! I got the meal deal and wow! Hash browns were amazing, coffee was amazing, and the sandwich came toasted!! Ketchup was in the bag without me even asking and the lady at the window was so sweet and upbeat which really made my day!

Family went in for a quick breakfast, coffee and tea during family weekend. Friendly, fast and accurate service. I appreciate the kindness of the servers and order taker!
Dietary restrictions: The order taker made sure the snackin bacon was gluten free. I have a gluten allergy. The bacon tasted good :)
