I am so impressed with this store. As a retired business owner I understand fully what excellence is and what it is not. I have been most impressed with a young man who waits on me from time to time, so I recently asked for his name (Alex) and for the owners' contact information. He really does display excellence with customers and fellow staff, all of which are friendly and efficient as well. I spoke with Lisa (owner) and appreciate the kind of business she and her husband endeavor to do there. Customer service seems almost non-existent anymore... refreshing to find. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried countless times to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but this morning was the last straw. I ordered a Dunkalatte and asked for no foam, along with a bacon jam grilled cheese. I was told they would “do what they could” about the foam, which already felt dismissive, and the sandwich was terribly made, sloppy and clearly thrown together. I’m always polite and patient, and I’m paying for both the product and the service, so I don’t understand why there continues to be an issue with quality and attention to detail at this location. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and not what I expect as a paying customer.

I had wonderful service this week despite their being short staffed. These guys need a raise, they're constantly picking up the slack and working extra hard while being short handed with zero complaints! Do better for your staff Dunkin! You're going to burn out am amazing crew.

Veterans Day Disappointment! I’m a veteran and stopped by this Dunkin’ on Veterans Day after seeing Dunkin’s official nationwide offer for a free donut to veterans and active military. Unfortunately, this location chose not to participate and the staff were dismissive and rude when I mentioned it.

This Dunkin is Horrible! They are so incompetent I literally was standing around for over 15 minutes for a lousy large cup of coffee, light and sweet. I had to ask three times for this coffee until I finally said I wanna refund and then the girl gets me the refund, which actually looks like she added the charge and credited the charge so I really didn’t get a refund and the coffee they gave me had no sugar in it. I don’t know where that’s light and sweet, but they are the worst ever Duncan on earth.

We really prefer Dunkin’ over some other chain coffee shops. Pup cups are awesome and a favorite of our boys. The only issue with our local DD is the drive-thru and traffic along the roadway cause back ups. It’s hard to get in and out of sometimes. We will still go just be ready to deal with some traffic.
