Probably the best experience I've had with a Dunkin. Unfortunately, most Dunkin locations usually provide an underwhelming quality of customer service. However, this location has wowed me consistently on quality of drinks/donuts, and a wonderful atmosphere with their customer service. The management is well above exceptional and this location is probably the best of its category of business. This place should absolutely be the standard.
I always have a great experience when I come to this store. The employees are very friendly, prepare my order as fast as they are able to, and make sure they get it right. Ms. Lynn is very sweet and we always have a good conversation when I visit. I would highly recommend this location and all the people that work here.
Ayla is working as fast as she possibly can and is being bombarded with a consistent line of customers. I understand trying to save money, but this girl is running around and all by herself and still serving all these customers with a smile and remembering to mention the donation promotion. She either needs a raise or a second person on the shift. This girl's a super hero.
