Alexis was really rude. She made it sound like an inconvenience and like it was my fault she didn’t communicate with me the corn dogs came with nacho cheese. I’m lactose, and also allergic to nacho cheese. When I communicated that. She was just so rude. And when I asked her nicely if she could remake it, she made it seem like the biggest inconvenience, she really said “ I guess” and I’ve never been so shocked that an establishment could seem so inconvenienced by making sure someone else happy. And felt taken care of. Not to mention. It was undercooked and RAW on the inside I went to eat it from the inside to eat the hot dog instead of the outside. And it wasn’t even safe to eat. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Had a friend recommend this place and it honestly didnt taste that bad. I did notice that the employees dont use hair nets or gloves so I guess that makes sense they have a B rating but not that expensive for Boba overall.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and have never experienced something like this. My drink was already made, and the employee reached in and removed ice with their bare hands. That was very unsanitary and honestly pretty disappointing to witness.

Tea was good. Ice cream was freezer burnt. Employees were in their on world of conversation. Seemed like it bothered them that we needed service

My daughter loves this place. Pinky Promise Boba Tea is her favorite!

I go here often to get my boba but today the atmosphere was off and the cashier was very not friendly she was rude and when I asked her if they had an item on the menu she responded very rudely that they were out of the item. I come here and spend way too much money to be treated poorly because of my race I promise you I will it be returning.

The website is pretty and pink. I clicked on the menu and it sent me to a chaturbate site where a guy was live streaming playing with himself. I had my wife try from her phone with the same result. I just wanted some Vietnamese coffee. Thanks. Also, my daughter saw this too, she’s 12. 🙂

My kids wanted to try boba and were extremely excited. The staff were so kind and patient and went over the menu with me to help me and my kids make our choices, because there are a lot of possible combinations. Everything we got was a hit and the kids are looking forward to going there again.

I went there excited to try the Vietnamese coffee, and it was probably the worst one I've ever had. It genuinely just tasted like watered down milk.
