I went here almost every day over the Christmas break, and everyone I've interacted with was super nice and friendly.I always get a taro ice shake with tapioca, but you can't go wrong with any other drinks as well.

Man we have been going to this place since they’ve opened and loved it until today let me tell you the girl at the counter Maggie was beyond rude to my 12 year old daughter because she was asking questions about a few different drinks I had to step in and ask the girl if she was having a bad day and remind her that she was talking to a child and should be more respectful and mindful of children smh ??♂️ terrible customer service and experience we will never go back there again

10/12/23 - 2:40pmWhen I arrived, no one was behind the counter. There were 3 young women sitting at a table eating lunch. These were the actual workers. One got to up to help me and the other 2 followed a few minutes later. They were out of some of the bobas. I chose a lavender tea since they didn't have my first choice. This is the only boba tea shop that I know of in Statesboro so I guess they can get away with their higher than normal prices. All bobas are extra. Never seen that before. It would help the shop to have some leadership at work. Cute shop though.

The place is so light and bright and clean. Good Insta-worthy spot. The staff was helpful in helping me narrow down my choices because they had sooo much. Whether you want sweet and fruity, or more earthy and bold, they got you! With so many add-ons, you can mix-and-match however you want. They have something for everyone!

There are no bubble tea shops in the area that I live in so I was excited to find out that there is a bubble tea shop in Statesboro. Although it is a bit of a drive for me to come here, it is worth it! I really like the Emmy's Signature Milk Tea and it is my go-to order. The service is great and it is a cute boba shop with nice decor and a welcoming atmosphere. I am usually very particular when it comes to bubble tea, but for what it is worth, I do like the bubble tea here and I definitely recommend this place.

We’ve been going back and fourth with this establishment since January after purchasing a gift card that was never even loaded. Manager said to have fixed the issue and went today to use and shows zero balance. This is extremely frustrating. We just need resolution and not excuses. The gentleman with the blonde spiked hair is superb at his job. No complaints on quality of product. Just fix issues faster than 3 months +… gift card is still not fixed at this time. Left name and number third time now.04/17/2023 resolution has happened and we appreciate it. Our family enjoys coming to this establishment. Thank you

only relevant since it's the only choice in town, drinks are average at best, service is generally rude and mediocre. whoever is at the cashier generally just expects you to memorize their code word drinks and literally rolls her eyes when you actually have to look at the menu or are with children who can't decide what they want. then the tip structure starting at 20% on the tap screen is pretty bold.

I waited so long for a boba tea lounge and was so relieved once we got one in Statesboro! I absolutely love the options ! The store is adorable and so inviting ! Prices for the drinks are about $6 for a drink. They have several options and the staff are great at making recommendations!
