Unbelievably awful service. Ordered food at 7:50 pm. We walked in there was dishes everywhere. We waited until 8:40 for our food. They still messed up our order. When our food was finally ready, they offered no apology, didn't offer any coupons or anything to resolve the issue. Will not be going back. Poorly run and managed. Not to mention we were only 2 people. There was one other person in the restaurant when we got there. People came in after us and got their food first.

The service was terrible! First they made me pay for someone else's order, then I waited 30 minutes for my order while people behind me got theirs. I told them 3 times what my order was and I still received the wrong order. I asked for my money back and they tried to give me the wrong amount several times even though I had a recipt. The manager who was a young girl told me she was the lowest level manager so she had to call her district manager in order to refund me the correct amount. So I was late for work and hungry. F- for service. Everyone on that shift should be fired for incompetence.

I just tried this place for the first time. The customer service was great. Kasey was very sweet. She recommended the chicken carbonara so I got it and she was right it was really good. The bread sticks were cooked perfectly. 5 stars in my book. Thank you Kasey for your recommendation.

I’ve ate a Fazoli’s numerous times and never had much of a wait time to get served. Tonight the waitresses Oreo and Aniya came to my table saying sorry for your wait time and honestly it had only been a few minutes. They offer me a desert and moments later I was served hot and fresh food. They were very polite and made me wish I had some cash on me for a tip!

Prices are great and the food is terrific. I had the baked spaghetti dish with the pasta and my fiancé had the lasagna and both were Hard To finish and only five dollars apiece. I highly recommend this place for good food and reasonable prices.

I absolutely loved my experience yesterday!!! The wonderful young lady, Ash I believe it was, greeted me upon entering, took my order politely, and even served us from the table with such grace and confidence. I personally greeted a manager and a few of the staff before leaving, to let them be aware of my experience. It was amazing! I could say that the tables could be picked up a bit quicker, coming from a more professional side. The store was spotless otherwise, the food was amazing and at the time served, it was a hot but cooled just enough before I had my utensils in it. I can probably say that compared to even Olive Garden, more traditional dining and experience, Fazoli’s was absolutely better!

Everything was just as their slogan states... Italian done fast fresh and friendly!!! Despite their severe shortage in employees this dynamic duo Ashley and Mama did extremely well. The food was great!! Lasagna was phenomenal

Outstanding service to be so short handed, food was great; the new Angus beef mac n Cheese is so-so. Take out the meat an it's super. Doesn't taste like Angus beef. But more so pulled beef bbq minus the sauce. Very clean an very attentive staff to your needs from entrance to Exit...

We ate here tonight & it was amazing! The service was as if we were eating at a fine dining restaurant! We were very impressed with Jazz, one of the managers. We had a large party, 5 adults & 5 children! He took excellent care of us! We will definitely return to this location again & often! Thanks Jazz!
