Firehouse Subs Gentily Square

Stopped in with my daughter. Her small portion was very small for 6 dollars, I had the Italian LG sub. Bland to the taste. Did not taste Italian at all. Disappointed!

I go to this firehouse because im in training to be a paramedic like 3 times a month every time I order I order my sandwich with no ham because I’m Muslim , I always have to bring my food back because they still put it on there …..which in return now I check it but I think they need to know if you don’t eat pork and you do after 8 plus years it can make you really sick ….they need to be more careful

The food is decent if they get the ingre Correct….. but they are SUPER SLOW!! It takes them 30 minutes to make each sandwich even if you’re the only one there! The employees are in no hurry at all. They just move along slowly like your not even standing there waiting.

We ordered online at 6:01, and when I finally asked how much longer at 6:58, the place hadn’t even started my order. On top of that, I was so worried about the cleanliness (are hairnets not required for dreads long enough to touch my food?) that I told them to not fix it and I’d get a refund from corporate. That refund hasn’t happened yet. Also, did they really just take a break at the same time to go eat ice cream in the back? What was that about? I’m so disappointed. There’s no excuse for the 20 people sitting around waiting that long. The girls (not women) looked like no one had a clue and were arguing over how to do everything. We won’t be supporting Firehouse anymore, at least not this one.

Every time I come here and explicitly ask NO pickle I ALWAYS end up getting a pickle. YEARS I've come here and they still struggle with that. The pickle seeps into the sandwich even though it's not touching it. The ticket even said NO pickle

Disrespect to customer and employee seen some men in back yelling at an employee so unbelievable. He need respect others the way he was talking to young lady was not right at all. The young lady cry went to her car. If I could give this place a -0 show no respect to employee and customer. Mr need be fire

It's always a pleasure to eat here. Love the food and service. The drink machine lacked a few of my favorite choices. Nobody noticed that as they continually cleaned the store when it wasn't busy. Otherwise, it's still my favorite sandwich shop!
