I love this place, but this is the second time in 2025 where I have came with high hopes for a great sandwich, and the door was locked. I generally take my lunch break right at 10:30 so that I can make it to Firehouse and grab my sub within 30 mins, but it is now 10:45 and the door is still locked, as I sit here and watch someone stand behind the counter.

Restaurant is unclean. Trash everywhere and soda syrup stuck to machine. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days. Flys were all over restaurant.
My son went there and said it smelled so good. Excellent service every time. Five stars. A+++

Stopped in with my daughter. Her small portion was very small for 6 dollars, I had the Italian LG sub. Bland to the taste. Did not taste Italian at all. Disappointed!

I go to this firehouse because im in training to be a paramedic like 3 times a month every time I order I order my sandwich with no ham because I’m Muslim , I always have to bring my food back because they still put it on there …..which in return now I check it but I think they need to know if you don’t eat pork and you do after 8 plus years it can make you really sick ….they need to be more careful

The food is decent if they get the ingre Correct….. but they are SUPER SLOW!! It takes them 30 minutes to make each sandwich even if you’re the only one there! The employees are in no hurry at all. They just move along slowly like your not even standing there waiting.
