It's always a pleasure to eat here. Love the food and service. The drink machine lacked a few of my favorite choices. Nobody noticed that as they continually cleaned the store when it wasn't busy. Otherwise, it's still my favorite sandwich shop!

Rated food as 1 because it got thrown in the garbage. I simply stated that the order was wrong and Bianca yelled at me and was rude and told me she didn't have time to remake it. I told her I wanted a refund and she snatched the bag and slammed it into the garbage. I even tried to tell her she needed to calm down that I wasn't acting aggressively towards her, but there was no talking to her. Went to Larry's, was greeted by everyone walking in, had a correct order in less than 10 minutes (waited for 25 minutes at firehouse) so I'll just go to Larry's from now on.

Great food, great staff, and definitely worth it. What else can you say about a sandwich shop. What else could you want. The manager is a 4'2" little stick of Dynamite. She runs a tight ship.The Hook & Ladder and the Cajun Chicken are my favorites. Meatball, and Philly are good. I'm sure the rest are as well, but I'm a creature of habit, so I get what I know when I go.
Walked in for lunch around 2pm on 7/15/23. Roaches crawling on counter. Walked out and went somewhere else.

I went to purchase four sandwiches three medium, one large three were the Philly cheesesteak one was a hook and ladder. When all these sandwiches we asked for no mustard and when we got our sandwiches and started eating them they had all mustard. Me and my daughters are allergic to mustard so we ended up having a very bad allergic reaction due to the carelessness of your establishment because you guys could not take an order properly and whenever I called your establishment that night no one wanted to answer the phone. So I called the next day and I was told because I didn't have the sandwiches but there was nothing that you could do and accused me of trying to swindle you guys. I thought that it was extremely rude and then you guys told me that your store manager told you not to call me back. I thought that was extremely rude. Then you took my number down and told me that your store manager called me. He never did the advice I can give to anybody that is reading this. Don't go to this establishment. They're not family friendly. They do not take orders properly. They're nasty and I will never waste my money or my time on this place ever again. To be totally honest, I might never support firehouse ever again the establishment. I can't believe that I was treated like a criminal over the phone. How rude. I don't know how you think you're supposed to treat people. That is definitely not the way. I'm a mom of three girls and one boy. I work hard for my money just like you do. That is not the way you treat. Somebody do better. Shame one fire house in Statesboro. Shame on you. Shame on the store manager. Shame on the employee. Shame on the cashiers I'm done
