This place has some poor customer service. Maybe someone should remind the cashiers that the golden rule of business is that the customer is always right. Moreover, that friendly customer service brings customers back. N?t a good experience.

Avoid going to this gas station. Not only will the pump not work and spill gas all over you and your car, but the employees will blame you for not using the pump correctly. The pump didn't stop automatically like it should. It kept going and overflowed.When I asked about getting some of my money back because half of the gas I paid for was on the ground, I was told by the manager that they couldn't do that. I'm sorry, what? Your pump malfunctioned, and you can't even give me $10 back? After the manager made herself scarce because she felt her job was done, I asked the employee at the cash register if they had a plastic bag that I could put on the pump so people would know not to use it since none of the employees were doing anything about it. I was worried that if I moved my car, people would be using the pump and having the same thing happen to them. The employee's response was to roll her eyes at me, sigh, mutter some words under her breath, and ignore me.After that, I just left because I could not believe not only how unprofessional the employees and manager were but also the lack of safety and concern for spilled gasoline on the ground. They did not have any supplies to clean up the gas, not even any cones, to make sure no one used the pump. You would think that because they are in charge of very flammable material, their safety precautions would be a bit more important. Thank God my children were not with me when this happened.

My fiance and I always go here for to fill up our cars as well as get drinks and snacks. Usually here at least once or twice a week. For the past 11 months we have lived here, we had amazing service with friendly associates working and the newly renovated store is beautiful! However, today Ashley Cox was our cashier. She ignored me asking about her day which I entirely brushed off and didn't mind in the slightest. Then I noticed my total was higher than I expected and as someone that makes $8.00 an hour and is paying rent groceries gas vet bills and putting myself through college, I said yes when she asked if I need a receipt. I noticed she charged me for two large drinks. My fiance had taken a sip out of a medium cup while I was in the restroom just to find that the drink was bad. Upon noticing this, we went ahead and got two small drinks since I had paid for two large ones and didn't want my money to go waste. She then proceeded to tell my fiance that if he did not throw them away she was calling the cops. I took the drinks from him and threw them away and she proceeded to tell me to never come back here. Very disappointed that a great place ended up with a terrible employee.

The bathroom was filthy. Gnats and mold all over the seat and toilet. Disgusting.
When it was flash foods it was a more open inviting store now there so much stuff inside the store it feels uninviting and claustrophobic. I rarely go there now

Me and my sister went in the store. The 2 lady's that was working was rude. My sister was going to buy smokes and the lady wouldn't sell it to her and my sister is in her 30's and she had her ID the cashier thought she was buying smokes for a minor and she wasn't I wish I my put Zero stars I'm not going back to that store

H.Charelle is a very rude and unfriendly so called manager ... Stopped in to get some Mt.Dew's which was on sale 2 for 7.99. H. Charelle advised me that they were 2 for 8.99 so I went and got the sign to show her .. she said she could read perfectly well but if I wanted them they would be 8.99 take it or leave it and put them on the floor ... I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was a manager and I said you have to honor what the sign said which is 2 for $7.99 . She advise me that she was not going to argue with me to take the drinks at $8.99 or leave them and then said to me that she had a line . I asked her for her name and she told me and I asked her to please write it down for me twice and she just kept saying her name .Did not write it down for me. I just stood there and looked at her and a guy reached around from behind me and wanted to wraps she didn't ID him.I just stood there and she just kept looking at me and walked away for a minute and said I can't do this and I asked to speak to another manager which told me that they were $8.99 I went and got the sign again and showed her and she told H.Charelle she had to honor the sign.So the other manager showed her how to ring it up. When I walked up to the register she was on the phone with someone talking about her child being bullied I think that is a personal matter and should not be discussed on company time. H.Charelle has a very nasty attitude Will not be going back to that store again. ? My mother went there on Monday and she was ugly to my mother because I was on the phone with my mom telling her what kind of cigarettes I needed . She does not need to be a manager or working a store as a customer service representative.

I stop buying my gas there. I purchase with cc and it asks if want a receipt. I do, but the on screen gives you no option to select yes or no...just asks.
