The staff was friendly and kind. However, the bathroom was disgusting and you shoes stick to the floor. The food is normally good but this last time they left one of the patties off a double patty bacon burger.

The food was great and the service was good BUT it was filthy. The tables were dirty and our shoes stuck to the floor, bathrooms definitely hadn't been cleaned in days. Sad because years ago I used to go there and it was always clean, it has really gone down. Nothing like it used to be.

Disgusting. Pulled up to the drive thru. No one took order. Went inside and my boots stuck to the floor. Employees not friendly and not happy about working. Go somewhere else. This Hardee's sucks.

Ordered a big hardee & received some random, dry burger full of cheese with a speckle red sauce. tried calling to speak with someone & no one picked up. Went to have it remade after work & was told I couldn’t have it remade because the burger wasn’t made wrong on their shift. I hadn’t been here for years & remember why. This place is always empty & the poor customer service & dry burgers they serve along with the long wait times when no one is there is the reason why. Won’t be returning.

the Chain as a whole has lost its place. Burgers that try to be like sit down restaurants with prices and time to wait close to matching all the while with a fast food vibe. The food has gotten really inconsistent. My old fave, the Frisco, use to be great now it lacks flavor and they rarely bother to even toast the bread. it's a meh.

If I was the owner/franchisee I would be flat out embarrassed about how irresponsible I was with this store. The quality, service, and employee attitude's have always been subpar at this location. Just trying to figure out why they will not confirm my Door dash order or answer the phone. Ever. I mean one time I was told that I couldn't order a milkshake because "da, our icecream frozen..". A off you should be humiliated. This review is based on 2 years of experience with this location.
