Ordered cookies thru their delivery that never came but said delivered! Upon calling the store I learned that they didn’t have drivers and sent my order through door dash! My kids and her friends never received their cookies and now my $40 refund will take 5-7 business days. They couldn’t even provide me a dasher name or contact! Unacceptable Statesboro Insomnia Cookies. And the clerk was so dismissive about the whole ordeal!

Has to be the manager, never greets people when you walk in, has rude attitude, and all of a sudden they don't hand out boxes anymore after handing me a box for the past 2 days.

It’s a black lady and that woks there with a ponytail. She has the nastiest attitude ever. She don’t give boxes. I asked her if I could get one scoop she tells me no that it’s only 2 but the other day I came I got one scoop. She always have the smartest response when you ask a question. If you don’t know how to do your job or be nice and sweet don’t come to work then. She has to be the manager. I asked her for a regular brownie she gives me another brownie and then says it’s either you get this or that. Just terrible but I would be wrong if go off.

Are the cookies getting smaller or is it just me? And the guy at the counter seemed like he didn't care to be there that day, but whatever. Glad my cookies were warm at least.

We order cookies over 2 hrs ago...the person dropped the cookies and ice cream at the wrong house ...we had to call to find out it was delivered to the wrong we waited 45 mins later when the neighbor brought the order to us. She said she put it in the refrigerator. I called insomnia twice before we received our food . At this time the lady said she would remake because it wasn't delivered to us and the second time. We found out what happened to the food. We waited another 30 to 40 mins before receiving the remake

Cookies were cooked inconsistently a lot of the time, but when they were cooked right they were great. They just recently got rid of their cream cheese and buttercream icings, and that was the best part to me. Never got my order right when delivered. It was either always missing the free cookie I got or the icings I would order. I would have to call and complain about the same exact problem 5-6 times. I enjoyed this place for awhile but due to them taking away menu items and the inconsistency, I will unfortunately not be ordering insomnia again.
