Tables were sticky and had crumbs. Everything else was good. Hated that there wasnt a tray to carry our order to the table. Had to literally carry 2 subs...bag of chips and 2 drinks by hand to the table....after fixing our drinks at drink station...would have been easier with a tray to carry our order on.

Usually really good, but there were like 7 frat boys up in there who didn’t even OFFER to help and I was the ONLY person in the restaurant that needed their order taken. They clearly didn’t care at all about anything other than clocking out and didn’t acknowledge my existence and I eventually just left after waiting 5-10 mins with no one speaking a WORD to me.

Update. Service and staff have fallen off restaurant was dirty took nearly 30 minutes for my pre-ordered meal staff could not of cared less management needs to take a look
Service. The best! Staff is always helpful and courteous! Good is always fresh and great tasting. It is expensive but I am willing to pay for the great service and fantastic quality of food. Keep it up

I arrived at 9:25 pm to grab a sandwich for my son, who is working a 16 hour shift and couldn't leave work to grab a bite. I pulled in to park in a spot directly in front of the windows, the "open" lights were on. The person working the front counter looked at me, turned his head and spoke to someone else in the store, and the "open" lights turned off. He looked back at me as I mouthed, "that was not very polite" and laughed. Needless to say, there are plenty of other establishments in Statesboro who are thankful for business. I'm not one to leave low scores for customer experience, but this one deserved some attention. Normally, I've have excellent service and appreciated the professionalism of your staff. Not this time.
