17 Aug ‘25 1:07 pm. Ordered at drive thru. Pork sandwich with side of baked beans and carolina mustard on the side, $10.49 + .31 packaging fee + .86 tax + tip. The sandwich was old and cold with a lot of tough outside meat. Part chopped, part sliced. The bun was soggy. The beans were tasty. Service was fast and friendly. One star for tasty beans, one star for friendly fast service. -3 stars for serving me that old soggy sandwich.

The food is good (but super expensive) if you go inside, but in the drive thru it's horribly bad. It took them 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches to us, and there wasn't even sauce. Almost $30 for two small sandwiches and 2 small coleslaws and they wanted a tip on top of that. The drive thru needs to do better if they want that kind of money for two small sandwiches.

Passing thru and stopped for lunch based on reviews. Not impressed this visit. Food was luke warm at best, Mac n chz was too salty. Staff are friendly and available. Not sure I could recommend this place but might try again if we are in the area.

Quickly becoming our favorite restaurant in Statesboro. Food is fantastic (especially the muffins). Customer service is top notch.
I visit regularly for the ribs! It's hit or miss on how good they are - never bad, but there's definitely much better flavor and tenderness at times! Staff are always super friendly and helpful here, too!

Ordered a 1/4 chicken (leg and thigh), the server asked if I wanted it white meat? How is it possible to order 1/4 leg and thigh white meat? Please teach your servers legs and thighs are dark meat. Half a chicken would be both white and dark meat because the breast is white meat.
Also, the Loaded Mac and Cheese is in the section on the menu that says it comes with two sides... But it doesn't.
Very disorganized operations, server training needs updated.
