I never received my order. The driver never delivered it to the right place. It seemed like my order was never a priority. I called the store and spoke with Nicole and she made it seem like I was bothering her or interrupting her day when all I wanted was answers. I asked for a refund because the food was delivered to the wrong place and she told me no and she made it seem like it was my problem that they driver delivered it to the wrong place. She was not helpful and her customer service is absolutely terrible

We ordered our usuals but they were out of bread. We chose to make them wraps but they were soupy … literally dripping. This location didn’t have the flavor of other locations we visited.

Should definitely update your hours of operation on Google. It’s says you stay open until 3am but when I ordered late my order was voided because apparently the store closed at 11. Now I have to wait for my money back and I got no food

For Jimmy John’s being known for their “freaky fast delivery”, this location is a joke. They strategically place their stores to be able to deliver in under 10 minutes to uphold their slogan. However, if you order from here, expect to wait WELL OVER what your estimated time slot would be. No one answers the phones, no compensation is given, if you happen to get a hold of someone they are rude and unapologetic. What a sad experience… go to firehouse or baldinos instead. Don’t waste your time or money!

I love Jimmy John’s, but I ordered bacon on both of my sandwiches and neither one has bacon. I think the man that was making my sandwiches was making them before I was finished with requesting my order and because of his rush, he forgot my bacon. What is frustrating is that I work hard for my money and I go there to spend it because they are a substantial sandwich shop compared to the rest in our community. I even complemented them and told them that I came to eat some awesome sandwiches. I was wrong this time. I visited on Saturday evening at 815pm should a person of management see this review and connect the dots. I know what I said so when I called in, they tried to say that I did not say anything about bacon I just think they weren’t listening. I have ordered the same sandwich the same way 20 times.

The delivery service has gotten progressively worse. I work 10 minutes away from Jimmy John's and it always takes them about an hour or more to deliver. By the time I get my food, the drink is watery and flat. Today, the delivery person kept calling me because they didn't know how to get to my location. If you're going to do delivery, don't waste your money or time on JJ's!

I went there today and a male subject with long hair and black beard was walking in the establishment ahead of my daughter and I. We made eye contact before reaching the door. He opened the door and walked in, letting the door close on us who were only a few steps behind. Ok rude but no problem. Then I see the same guy go behind the counter and not look up at me and say, "What are you having today?"Now it's a problem. I declined to order and pointed out his rudeness. He looked like he didn't care and stated, "OK, enjoy the rest of your day". Of course I did enjoy the rest of my day because I spoke my peace and did not let this stay on my heart.

A couple visits over the last month when we land at the hospital next door flying in patients. Both times, the unwich was on point! Shout out to the JJ crew in the Boro, you guys rock!

The food is still edible but this location has gone downhill. I feel like they hardly put any veggies on their subs anymore. Publix opens on Dec. 14th so just go there for a sub instead.

Sometimes it is hit or miss. Just make sure you double check your order before leaving because on more than 3 occasions when I arrived home, I would find where an item was left out. The ingredients are usually fresh and are really good. Also there were a few "bad apple" employees, but I think they have since been replaced.
