I purchase dinners often but today I was disappointed in the 8 pc Chicken Tender meal....It seemed to be left over chicken, and biscuits from lunch. It was 3pm when I stopped and ordered. I live just minutes away from the KFC. After arriving home to serve the food, the tenders and biscuits were hard. I feel that the food should be fresh and hot at the time of purchase. My family loves KFC but was disappointed.

I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged, but the staff member was called away to do something else and I waited another 5 without any acknowledgement before leaving. The manager was in the back while the rest of the crew scrambled to serve customers, but there weren't enough workers on shift so the front counter was completely neglected. I had to leave without being served.Good on the crew for doing their best. However obviously the management needs to get their act together, because there's no reason to have customers at the counter for 10 minutes while they're in the back doing paperwork that can wait.

Very friendly female Cashier that took our order. Applied our Senior Discount before we even inquired. We ordered 2 Breast meals 2 sides and a biscuit. But when our order # was called by a male in back( he put meal together) it only 1 of the meals and not 2. We then had to take a few minutes to find the guy who made & brought out our "partial" order to get the other meal we paid for and ordered previously.

compared to other statesboro fast food, the service is generally better and food is consistently pretty good. except the most recent time i got some funky chicken thigh kind of meat in my famous bowl instead of the breaded popcorn kind of chicken and that was pretty gross on a texture level. i've only gotten this kind of funky chicken replacement meat at one other kfc location ever, so that sucks that it's made it to statesboro. i'm going call the funky meat famous bowl the "infamous bowl". please say you're out of chicken rather than thinking we're not going to notice.

Went last night with my mom. And she ordered her food but didn't receive everything. And my fries were cold and salty and old
Food was very mushy and greasy and not fresh. Chicken pot pie was just carrots and potatoes, no chicken. Ordered the dark meat that comes with 4 drums and 4 thighs and instead of them telling me they didn’t have drums they put small chicken wings to replace the drums. Will not be back.
