Very disappointed!! We Visit weekly. Normally on Thursdays which is excellent customer service. Excellent selection of all doughnuts.This past Saturday with Friends we made a run through inside. To our surprise at 5pm they had very few doughnuts. Wanted 2 dozen of Chocolate Cream but Out! Managed to get 4 Lemon filled and 8 Raspberry. Normally we purchase 4 dozens! Customer service could have been much better and at 5pm on a weekend the amount of doughnuts was very bare!Parking: Plenty of room to park

I have breakfast with my brothers from church every Wednesday. It was first time for me to go to Krispy Kreme. I like the place is good for meetings or any other gathering. The cashier was super, after the second time , she remembered I like, 1 cup of coffee large and 3 plain donuts, thanks Ms. D. It is what I call her. I recommend this place.

Stopped by twice in a week to get my grandfather some original glazed donuts, both times was told that they didn’t have any but could make some if we wanted some, mind you this is the middle of the day. Said it would take an hour. Terrible service, get it together.

Waited 10 minutes for 6 doughnuts on a Sunday morning at 1030am. The employee filling orders just couldn't get it right. I was the second person to actually hand my receipt to the manager to receive my order. It wasn't even busy. For the price of their doughnuts, we shouldn't have to wait in the dining room while people in the drive through get quicker service. $9 for 1/2 dozen assorted that weren't even warm.Edited 10/29/23: went in at 9am on a Sunday..only customer inside. Ordered online and they still got my order wrong. Be sure to check your order before you leave. They don't know what they are advertising online. The manager didn't acknowledge me and the only employee asked me in a very low voice. "What is it you want?" This place has not improved.
