This was my first time here and my experience was less then ideal!I’ve heard so much about the establishment and thought hey why not.Tables were available but not clean, literally food was on the floor under the table we sat at.The cleaning of the table was mediocre at best. Service was was lack there of in itself.Waffle was the best part of this experience I will say as it was cooked to perfection!Our Chicken was not fully cooked for some reason after asking for well done.My Husband said give it another chance just had to be a bad day for them! Which I genuinely understand, but I am an first impression type of Woman!

This place is by far the worst place on earth! I came in with my family and the manager was so disrespectful to the sever he was talking to her like she was dirt on the floor! I couldn't even imagine that it was possible that he could do that. She started crying and the employee’s just laugh like it was normal. If I could call the EEOC for her I would! I will NEVER return here again! The young lady tried to smile through the abuse but he kept it going! Please don't support this restaurant until they fix this issue!

It was my first time coming here and the restaurant looked clean and nice. I was ordering take out and I got the chicken philly sandwich, fries, and macaroni. The employees were nice, but the only problem was the waiting time and the food. It was only 2 other people waiting with me and we were there for 20-30 minutes. When I finally got my food and went to the car my fries were hot and delicious but my chicken philly sandwich was dry, burnt, messy, and the chicken tasted like a rubber duck. It was tough for me to bite through the sandwich and the sandwich was too small only enough for 2 bites and I paid $9.62 for it when honestly it should have been worth $2.00. I grabbed my macaroni and it was worst. My macaroni had ice chips in it and it was raw and not cooked and looked eggy or soupy and I paid $3.90 for that. I didn't enjoy my food, but maybe I should have tried another dish there.

I visited this resturant and waited over an hour to receive any service. I was put on a wait list for a table to dine in and my name was never called after being told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. After waiting 30 minutes, we placed a to-go order. Upon placing the to-go order we were denied complimentary WATER even while waiting so long. Multiple guest had came and left during the time we had been there and the staff had no intentions of making any accomadations.There was one lady specifically, I believe she took my order, that was the most unhelpful of them all. Other workers had intentions on providing quality service, but this worker did not. She stopped another worker from trying to help us.Overall, the service here was unecessarily underwhelming and the staff did not seem care. Beware of going to this resturant and expecting proper service.

Came to visit family and they recommended before we leave we have to try Loc's for the chicken and waffles, but mainly for their amazing grits! We are from the north side, so it was a nice experience to try southern style food! Service was good, affordable pricing, large portions and very tasty. Highly recommend!
