Cold disgusting hospital food

I am not usually one to make reviews but this previous visit has truly made me never want to eat inside again. I regularly come here and I've already noticed the decline overall of this specific McAlister's. My boyfriend had accidentally knocked down his drink, so I went and asked for a mop to clean it up. She went on to tell me they did not have a mop... How do you clean the floors? She proceeded to give me and him a huge roll of paper towels, and offered no help. We could not clean the floor because no matter how much we soaked up, the soda was bringing up all the dirt in the cracks of the tile, and it was a never-ending puddle of dirt. As a fast food worker, this was absolutely disgusting. I really hope they buy a mop after seeing this review lol.

McAlister's is a good place to eat! The problem is sometimes the restaurant is too cold!

I came in tonight at approximately 8:43, 17 minutes before closing and before I was even about to speak a rude employee mentioned with an attitude that they were closing up and only had drinks. Not once did she greet me nor did she have proper customer service like telling me "take care and have a good night". If you do not want to encounter this rude behavior (this was my second time coming to this location) avoid the girl with black hair in a bun at night! Very rude and unprofessional, I am upset and will be calling corporate tomorrow to question their ethics on customer service with employees. I could totally see if I came in at 8:55 but I didn't and the door was still unlocked so that gave me the false perception that they were open for service. I hope this review can be of service to anyone looking to pick up some food around dinner time.

This is the third time i have come here specifically for a Spud, and every time, they tell me no spuds! What the hell McAlister's?!?! That's half your menu and one of the advertising gimicks, Home of the large spuds! Your staff needs to do better at managing food readiness/availability

So I went here for the first time, service was good up until I asked the cashier HOPE , could I leave my box of cupcakes behind the counter while I walked to walker’s pharmacy to get my meds, while they prepared my order … she responded no, I couldn’t leave it bc she wasn’t obligated to watch it for me… me personally I wouldn’t have minded that at all …. Especially if it’s a paying customer, not mention sandwich was dry… just like that cashier HOPE… she needs to be fired

McAlister's Deli is always a great choice! The atmosphere inside is peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing meal or catching up with friends. The food is consistently hot and delicious, with fresh flavors that never disappoint. On top of that, the customer service is fantastic—everyone is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Definitely a favorite spot for great food and a comfortable, enjoyable dining experience!

The service was on point! Not a long wait for my food either. They also bring the food out to your table. I recommend the peach tea btw.

I DO NOT like mustard whatsoever, but DAYMNN! That grilled chicken sandwich slaps!
The Mac, and cheese tasted delish. Very cheesy, as it should be.

Make sure to ask about the ingredients they put on the sandwiches. They aren’t fully specified on their menu. I didn’t know my sandwich was going to have mustard on it.

Curbside order, not sure what this sandwich is….it doesn’t look anything like the photo online. Gave me a tea 2/3 full with no lemon, no straw to drink it with. No fork, no napkin. I wasn’t going to even waste my time writing this, but they even screwed me out of my pickle. I will not be back. The pickle that broke the camel’s back…good day sir!

My BLT-A was magnificent! Service was kind and quick, and the outside seating was pleasant.
