McAlister's Deli

They couldn't get an order right if you paid them. Just went in at 7:30 PM. I was literally the only person in the building. Ordered two simple sandwiches, all wrong. I stopped going for nearly a year because there was never a time where they got it right. Showed up tonight with hopes they had changed, same old same old. They should all be fired on the evening shift. I'm sick of paying extravagant prices at these subpar restaurants and getting screwed.

I went for a late lunch and it was quiet, but good music.

Cozy place to grab lunch. The food is always spot on! The customer service is 2nd to none; they are always helpful and polite. We stop here every chance we get!

Food is always yummy and my order is always taken with a smile. I frequent this place and have never had a bad experience. Wait times can be more than expected during lunchtime so I would order ahead if you are on a time crunch.

Disgusting salads and microwaving lunchables in the plastic bags. I recommend looking at your food before serving it. Black and brown avocados are a real appetite killer.

I had a chicken salad and and hubby had the choose 2, a southwestern salad and sandwich. We both loved our meal and everyone was very helpful and nice. Thank you for a great lunch. The restaurant was clean!

Cold disgusting hospital food

I am not usually one to make reviews but this previous visit has truly made me never want to eat inside again. I regularly come here and I've already noticed the decline overall of this specific McAlister's. My boyfriend had accidentally knocked down his drink, so I went and asked for a mop to clean it up. She went on to tell me they did not have a mop... How do you clean the floors? She proceeded to give me and him a huge roll of paper towels, and offered no help. We could not clean the floor because no matter how much we soaked up, the soda was bringing up all the dirt in the cracks of the tile, and it was a never-ending puddle of dirt. As a fast food worker, this was absolutely disgusting. I really hope they buy a mop after seeing this review lol.

McAlister's is a good place to eat! The problem is sometimes the restaurant is too cold!
