The frappe machine has been down for well over 2 months at both locations in town. I just want my caramel frappe before I go to work. Is that so much to ask for?

Worst mcdonald's yet. Im traveling for work and for 2 days in a row they can't get my order right. I like the 4c (mccrispy deluxe) With NO MAYONNAISE.. each time I went through, I would let them know and I would ask for a receipt so I can get reimburse for my meal through work. Each time I ask the person that is at the window where I pay if they can let the cook know not to put mayonnaise on the sandwich and the do and I thank them for that. But the cook just CANT GET RIGHT ( referring to the movie Life) well the 1st day they made me 4 sandwiches with mayonnaise on them and the 5th time it was a winner đ 32mins later. I aint seen nothing like it y'all. Well today I went back in hopes CANT GET RIGHT wasn't working and I was wrong he was there doing the most. The manager was upset that he CANT GET RIGHT and said to him loud Enough for people in the lobby to hear he's got to start doing better because she's tired of customers coming back and saying that their order is wrong. The guy then tried to argue with his manager. Im impressed that she didn't pull him to the side with how disrespectful he was being but long story short ol CANT GET RIGHT was able to get it right the 2nd time. Ill be back tomorrow to see if ol CANT GET RIGHT can get right đ€Ł

This McDonald's is by far not a good one I would rather drive down the highway to the one on Northside drive I believe the workers in there don't like me because I'm white I have never experienced so much racism in my life I moved a here an year ago from philly and let me tell you racism is alive and we'll in statesboro on both sides of the fence I have had things missing from my order went in to say something and was treated like I am not a human today friday 4th of July 2025 I went for breakfast with my son my sandwhich wasn't wrapped correctly come out and went all over my bag went inside to only be asked what do you want us to do there was a black woman in front of me with the same issue she was told oh sorry let me get that for you why wasn't I treated that way like I said this is a racist place and I will stand on that. Growing up in the north west dont play that black white trap we are all one and I miss the hell.out of Pennsylvania also this is my real name and profile so please do t try to justify anything I'm not stupid.

Iâm a DoorDash driver and every time I come in here (fair road) they are always so rude and always take forever giving me my order.. I wish DoorDash would take their stuff back from this place and then the manager tried to tell me I could hit arrived to store until I was inside but I definitely donât work for her I work for DoorDash so Iâll do as I choose!! As long as you are at the store it doesnât matter when youâve hit arrived!! Do better and at least get people in there that are nice and do their job instead of talking about people behind the counter and playing all the time!!!

This McDonaldâs is consistently sub par and has been for several years but I stop by every once in a while. Usually itâs just little stuff like staff that canât give you the time of day to say a single word to you at the drive thru windows or long wait times for simple routine orders. Not enough for me to take my time to write a review. But today, I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with no changes. Exactly as it comes. I paid and got to the window to get my food and was asked to pull forward politely by a pleasant young lady. They brought my food out 7 or 8 minutes later and I took off to the house. I got home ready to eat and open my burger and itâs literally 2 dry patties with a piece of cheese between them on a bottom bun and a half filled fry box. Look at this depressing sandwich. How in the world does that even happen? Iâm without words. What a joke. To the person that closed this box and said âyeah, that ought to do it!â You need to find a new gig. This is just embarrassing.

Every single time I go inside I have to wait 20 plus minutes for someone to take my orderâŠitâs frustrating when you just want to order your food but see employees moving back and forth past the register looking at the customers then have the nerve to have an attitude about taking their order as if they didnât apply to work there. Very ghetto !
I never leave reviews but I drove around town after getting off work to find something to eat and this location was listed as 24 hours. I sat in the drive thru lane and realized they were closed, when google said they were open as well as the huge sign on their window that says âdrive thru open 24hrsâ, might be a one off who knows.
