I had a small issue with my order and they absolutely handled it. Chandler was extremely nice and very helpful and the food was delish! Highly recommend the spinach dip and Holy Shiitake pizza!
My wife and I have been to a billion mellow mushrooms across the US and this is our first time here in the one in Statesboro. Our waitress made the entire experience so easy and she went out of her way to have our calzone split for us in the kitchen before it arrived at the table. (We share it bc it’s so big!) These little things make the experience have a lasting impact because she didn’t have to do that- she could’ve just supplied an extra plate- and the kitchen didn’t...
Pros: The food was good (Salad and pizza)
Cons: The service was very slow. The restrooms smelled to the tables... Was kind of nasty, but I was so hungry that tried to ignore it.
