For $4, I had a cup of chilli con queso dip with chips. The chilli had real ground beef, real diced jalapeños, and I could taste the chilli powder and cumin flavors in the melted cheese. ???

Just witnessed an employee drop a large jar of red sauce. The lid went on the floor doused in sauce faced down. She put the lid back on the jar very quickly as if no one had seen her. I hope she had plans to throw it away but it did not appear that way. Happened approx. 6:40 pm Monday Nov 13th

False advertisement I signed up for a free burrito coupon and when I got to the register they told me that couldn’t give me the free burrito anymore because to many people had redeem a free burrito that day. So then I was forced to pay ten dollars on college budget due to false advertisement. In my opinion that is not fair nor just.

Big Money Commissions

We stood in line approx 15 mins before being waited on while noticing improper food handling. The young girl that waited on us did change her gloves before taking our order, but when I asked for a steak bowl she reached down below the counter where food is prepared and retrieved a stack of bowls. Set the whole thing up on the food prep table to take the plastic bag off. No telling what had touched the ouside of that bag and she didn't even clean the food prep table afterwards. We were told there was a 5 minute wait on steak so I opted to wait. We went ahead and paid, got our drinks and sat down. 20ish minutes later were told it was ready. I got my bowl made and my daughter had hers completed, while I was waiting on chips, the guy that was cooking them had gloves on but touched the basket with both hands and lifted the chips out of the grease, reached inside a container with salt and sprinkled the chips without changing his gloves. I witnessed utensils being laid down on top of food contact surfaces multiple times, empty food containers laid on top of food contact surfaces multiple times. Manager and staff need to be retrained in proper handling procedures, gmp, sop. When we finally got seated to eat our meal, we were approached by a staff member who was not a manager saying there was confusion on whether we paid for our meal and asked to see a receipt which we provided. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. If there was a question then pull the video and check to see if it was paid for before or ask the staff who waiting on us. Very poor business practices. I've never known that people who don't pay for their food actually sit down in the restaurant and eat it. Seriously it was ridiculous. Train your staff better.

I was surprised my burrito and bowl were made a lot smaller than usual. For 28 dollars it is usually a good size meal for my wife and I. This was only 5ime I was dissatisfied. I would recommend them they are usually generous and food is tasty .

This has got to be the worst Moe's. They serve less than minimal serving size, the place has trash everywhere, the cash register and POS doesn't work, no one in line and took 7 minutes for any service or even acknowledge that I was there. This is sad. It's truly gone way down in the past years and I remembered today why I don't come here that often. (And won't again, just eeeew)

Went to Moes on 8/1 and had an experience i'm still thinking about! Whoever the girl is in the pink shirt that's always up there is amazing! I've had her serve us several times. When my husband had questions about the ingredients in the food she knew exactly what was in it and was so sweet even when they were busy with a large order. The way she interacts with the customers you can tell she loves being there or definitely knows how to fake it haha. I've been going to this Moes for years and have never felt like I've needed to make a review but I have to say I've had a couple of bad experiences with the old GM and am still not impressed with management over all but this girl was something! Anytime they've been out of something she goes beyond to make it right. Made the whole place feel welcoming. Will be coming back soon, good place
