Really nice wood fired pizzas in a college town, so it was extremely casual.. My jerk chicken pizza was very tasty. My beer was cold. And the atmosphere was nice. Service was great, had a wonderful waitress.

Awesome food and pizza. I had meatball sub and husband had the Italian sausage today. Only thing I wish would be they would add is pasta to the menu cause the marinara sauce is great as are the meatballs... I bet the pasta would be great.

Great atmosphere. The wait was long but understandable given how busy it was.
The pizza had very little red sauce (just cheese for the first few bites from the center). Not sure if it was a dud, but was tasty regardless.

Ordered take out. Could not determine where to go for pick up. Several servers walked past me as i stood by what I thought was Host stand. I had to ask a server passing by who was very helpful.
Atmosphere was rocking. Pizza was good, salad not so much - capresse.

We tried to eat at Nonna Picci this last Sunday. After over an hour of waiting for our single pizza we finally had to give up and leave. They claimed a large party arrived before us so they couldn't serve any other customers (they were bringing a single party dozens of pizzas while ignoring everyone else). They did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience. They did nothing to provide for us during the wait. They just told us to be patient and they'd make our pizza eventually. I understand that a restaurant staffed entirely by college students may not understand customer service but they should have at least one responsible adult on staff. Avoid this restaurant unless you have hours to spare.

Walked in at about 10:30pm on a Saturday. The website said they close at midnight. No one greeted us and having never been there before I asked a young woman who looked like she worked there if we seat ourselves. She said we stopped accepting customers at 10:15. I guess that's why there was no hostess. I looked around and it wasn't crowded so I have no idea why they were turning away customers. But I wasn't going to argue with a little girl so we left. It must be nice to be making so much money that you can refuse business. If the problem here was staffing, well, that's just poor management. Look at the football schedule and if there's a home game staff accordingly. I do not understand the businesses in this town. After a football game lets out 20,000 people go looking for a place to eat and the entire city is closed except for Sonic and CookOut. So much lost opportunity.

i normally don’t have bad experience here and i work in the food industry so i normally am very understanding but me and my family had this bigger blonde server who left us waiting there for over an hour and wouldn’t even look at us and then someone else brought us our food and he was very nice but our server came over only once after and we explained to her that we were supposed to get another pizza and she was very rude and snapped back and blamed it on us. serving is clearly not for her. we were there for 2+ hours and didn’t even get the food we wanted and that was not our choice
