I think panda is slept on. No good true Chinese places in Statesboro so this is probably top tier in the area. I'm new to panda but after 4 or 5 trips they have been consistently decent. Not bad for a bunch of college kids serving fast food.

On a few occasions, I've found my bowls and family meals to be noticeably underfilled, which can be quite disappointing, especially when you're expecting a full serving for the price. There have been times when it felt like they were holding back on the quantity, which detracts from the overall value. While some servers are incredibly generous and polite, others seem to pack very sparingly. This inconsistency, coupled with a manager who seemed unconcerned about the issue, can be frustrating. Despite this, when the service is outstanding, like the times I've encountered truly polite and patient staff who ensure fresh, hot, and generously portioned food, the experience is highly recommended.

The manager let someone bring a dog in there. It was clearly not an ADA protected service animal. This is s health code violation. The only way entitled people are going to stop bringing their animals to places they shouldn't, is if management of those places actually do their job and kick the animal out.

Twice they are out of teriyaki sauce, they allow you order and you get dry chicken, at lease tell the customer so they can make change in their order
My doos was to salty i don't know if it was the sauce or what ... Aslo they barely had anything ready.... My rice tasted like it was old

Went thru the drive-through tonight for our regular meals. Tonight’s team must have dumped all the hot sauce in the food. It was so darn spicy neither of us could eat our food. Uneatable. Unfortunately, we took it to go so couldn’t have it corrected on site. Makes me question another drive thru order. Too much money to put in the trash.
