Got 2 pizzas and only half the pizza got cheese on it literally doe tried asking for a new ones was told no that's how our pizzas come only half cheese and half doe..bad Management lost me as a Customer .don't go here unless you like just doe smh ..

A huge shoutout to Mrs. Mary tonight for her excellent customer service. It was just her and one cook there but she got my order out to me in a timely manner with a smile on her face despite being under staffed and having to work by herself earlier that day until 3. I pray she’s being compensated well by the company because good people and great workers are hard to find nowadays. Thank you again Mrs. Mary?

The place was dirty ,there were food and trash on the floor, the worker was eating a lunch the whole time I was there, the pans and spatula was dirty , there was a bucket of water near the oven, the worker had his coat on the table where they make the food. The pizza did not taste good after I seen all of that. I asked the worker to put on gloves to make the pizza he did but he never stop eating his lunch the whole time I was there. He was licking his finger s and all. He didn't know nor did he care if I were a food inspector. I will never go there again. This was in Metter Georgia.

The restaurant is essentially closed but they will allow you to eat your order there. The three women that were working were awesome hard workers and very nice. Food was good. You pay when you order so I couldn't leave a tip as I didn't have cash on me.

The manager, Marie, was so rude and condescending. She took my order at the counter and gave me less change than what I was owed. When I pointed it out she repeatedly told me I was wrong and refused to give me the rest of my money. It took a couple of minutes until she finally realized her mistake but her attitude was so nasty. I had to wait 40 minutes for my order just for her to tell me that it would take another 20 minutes. While I was there I heard her yelling very loudly at employees. If I didn’t already pay I would’ve left. This Pizza Hut has gone down hill in the last few months. I suggest they either fire this manager and get someone who knows what they’re doing or just close the place all together. Go to the Buckhead location if you want better service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Called to order carry out, part of my order was a small thin crust pizza, which he repeated back to me and it was all good. Then I got a call from the manager saying thin crust doesn’t come in small. I said just change it to a medium, and she said that we’d “adjust the order when I get there”, meaning the price. Why the hell would the price be changed when it was THEIR MISTAKE?! Then when we went in we were essentially ignored. It was a bit busy, but the way they acted like we were invisible was not ok. Ended up cancelling the order and walked out. I’d stay away from this location if I were you!

One of the employees at this location ordered signs from our company. We notified the employee that came in and placed the order numerous times as well as called the store itself. Both the employee and the store ignored our calls and emails. We were later told by the employee that ordered the sign that he no longer worked for Pizza Hut and that we needed to contact the store directly (which we were already doing and he was unaware of). We physically went up to the store and they were not open the hours that they had posted, the employees reeked of weed, employees were laying around the store, and then we were told by the manager that we needed to come back in 45 minutes and talk to the owner. We came back to talk to the owner and he refused to pay and claimed that it is not his responsibility. He refused to give his information and slammed the door in my face and locked the door. Anyone that wants to do any business to business interaction with Pizza Hut, I do not recommend unless you want to never get paid for your services and be treated with the utter most disrespect.
